Tip for Telekinesis | 2

State of Mind

Your state of mind while doing Telekinesis may very well have the greatest impact on your results. It involves your awareness, your perception, as well as influencing your mood or attitude, which generally determines your approach to telekinesis. But it’s not so much this state of mind and it’s inner workings that I want to get into right now, it’s more about State of Mind vs. State of Thought.

I’m sure you’ve heard by now, some things you need to do in order to perform telekinesis. Such as, visualization, concentration/focus, meditation to help with these. Intention or will, and even connecting to the object itself. Being aware of more, and even restructuring your perception. Likely, when you go to do telekinesis, you try and align these things in a curtain order to get a result. You focus on your visualization of lets say, the psi-wheel spinning or moving in a specific direction. Sound about right?

Now let’s briefly go over Attention…

It’s closely related to focus and concentration, but it may better describe the action itself trying to be explained. Ever hear the phrase, Energy flows where Attention goes? It sort of implies something specific. In this way, concentration is understood as holding your mind steady, and focus almost implies a direction, then attention would be the psi-wheel itself. This is kind of where State of Mind vs. State of Thought comes into play.

State of thought is basically where you are placing your attention heavily on your visualization, and trying to focus that visualization towards the psi-wheel. So in essence, your attention is on your own thought. To me, it sort of feels like trying to make a daydream come to life. But because my attention is on my visualization, the energy will likely never leave my head. Try placing your attention on the object you are trying to move first, “observe” it closely, and let your state of mind surround the psi-wheel as much as possible (Meaning try to hold your attention steadily on the psi-wheel, if you have thoughts, try to keep them as closely related to the psi-wheel and what you’re doing as possible).

As for state of mind. Try and shoot for a relaxed state both mentally and physically. Stay in the now, in the very moments you are trying to do Telekinesis in, don’t let your mind wonder if you can help it. Try to suspend that feeling that you can’t do it, it’s not true to begin with, and it will only get in the way. The list of things you try and do in order as mentioned above, you try and roll together into this constant, yet passive state of mind. But don’t stress over it, it’s not a checklist, and it’s not something you force to happen. I may get into this more later.

This tip for Telekinesis was fairly short, though I sort of intended these tips to be short…

Anyways, I hope this helped some…
