Telekinesis Performance

Improve your Telekinesis

What better way to improve the quality of your training, then to add a few Toys to the mix.  When it comes down to telekinesis, one of the firsts things that you may have been told is to train with as many things as possible.  It’s pretty straight forward; if you practice trying to move only one thing over the course of your journey, you will likely only be able to move that one things.  So it’s best to play with as many things as possible, to keep you mind flexible!

On the other hand, if you’ve never really given Telekinesis a go, then some of the toys listed under “Telekinesis Toys” may be a bit confusing.  Many of them don’t look like toys at all (which is true), and you may be left wondering what to do with them.  It’s a matter of creativity!

Push/Pull Training

Telekinetic Enhancer

The metallic, star-shaped pyramid that balances on a needle and held up by a stand, is called a Telekinetic Enhancer.  Also known as a Psi-wheel or Chi-wheel.  It’s purpose is to give you something for you to push or pull Telekinetically, by focusing on one of the corners and trying to draw it near you, or repel it away from you.  It’s a fairly simple tool, and I really only added it for completeness.  But it seems like it would be a bit more well made then the homemade psi/chi-wheels; which can be made at home with either paper or aluminum foil.

Stasis Field

The next three toys all serve pretty much the same purpose, but vary on a little on the kinetic energy you are trying to work with.  The purpose is to try and slow and stop the movement of these toys via Telekinetic action.  This technique was creatively named the Stasis Field; and it is arguably the most easy to do, and we don’t know why, but we have some ideas.  Such as, it is believed much of Telekinesis has to do with manipulating the available kinetic energy in your environment.  Unlike the Telekinetic Enhancer where there may not be a lot of available kinetic energy to work with; these toys start off in motion, which means more energy to work with.

The Radiometer

The Radiometer is essentially a sealed air-tight Psi-wheel that spins by the energy in light.  Though this may be the more difficult of the three to succeed at, it is also the most inconspicuous.  Why does it being inconspicuous matter?  So you can play with Telekinesis at work!  It’s just one of those nifty (yes I said nifty) little items people get to put on their desk, except it serves an extra purpose for you!

The Pinwheel

The Pinwheel is easily the most common among the tools to play with Stasis Field.  Mostly because when you stop a Pinwheel while it’s blowing in a fan, it’s far more noticeable that you had an effect, and it’s also the easiest to achieve.  You utilize the kinetic energy in the air from the fan to try and stop the Pinwheel from spinning.  Unfortunately, there are a couple of minor drawbacks to the Pinwheel.  The first is you will likely need to create your own stand for the Pinwheel that is sturdy enough to stay standing against the fan; another is sometimes some Pinwheels are not created equal, and they may not work properly, which is why I chose to list the one with multiple wheels; and lastly, but perhaps most importantly, you need a fan.  If you have all that, it’s really quite fun to play with.

The Waterwheel

Pretty much just like the Radiometer and Pinwheel, except it’s another one of those toys you can put on your desk and play with at work, which is always fun because work sucks.  Same principle though, use the kinetic energy in the water to accomplish your intention and stop the wheel.

Concentration

Proper concentration is pretty important for successful Telekinesis, among many other things in life.  But, sitting and meditating for a half an hour can be pretty boring at times.  Though I still would recommend meditation, as it has so many advantages, these next two toys are fun alternatives, and they actually fit the title of Toy!

Mindflex

I doubt I even need to introduce this fun little toy that took the world by storm not so long ago.  It caused quite the commotion when it was released, and it has been quite addicting to those who have had a chance to play with it since.  It works by placing a headset on your head which reads your brainwave signals and translates them into move a ball around an obstacle course!

Jedi Force Trainer

The Star Wars Jedi Force Trainer is a toy not to different from Mindflex.  You wear a headset that reads your brainwave patterns and translates them into moving the ball around.  The obvious drawback to this is there doesn’t seem to be a lot to this game.  The ball goes up and down depending on the level of your concentration, and that seems to be it.  But there are levels for you to progress through which make it somewhat challenging.  And it looks fun!

That pretty much does it for the toys I have listed at the moment.  They do look fun though huh?  I’m sure my list will grow over time, so there could be more things added in the future!

It should be noted though that you can turn just about anything into something you can train with.  In-fact it’s encouraged to find new things to play with and interesting ways to do it.

Hope you have fun!

Learning Telekinesis

The Common Process of Learning Telekinesis

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I figured it was time.

I watched a video of someone I respect the other day, and it reminded me of the days when I first started, and how I expected Telekinesis to work, and how long I expected it to take.  I’ll try and keep this post short.  The first draft actually went on for pages of my blabbing on about how dumb I am.  So, I will keep it to the basics and most important points of the topic.

When I first started out, I thought Telekinesis could be learned in 30 days, in fact I put down a 30 day time period to learn it.  The first few days where awesome.  Lots of results, after that though, it dwindled to almost nothing.  I originally thought, Telekinesis was a 1 - 2 punch, do it once, repeat the process until it is thoroughly learned, and then bam, your done.  Boy was I wrong.

It worked, a basic project energy and push the psi-wheel around tactic.  But then I wanted to know more, I wanted to know the ins and outs of how it worked, so I could become an expert at it.  So I searched for the answer on the internet, in videos or articles or websites.   Many claimed to know the answer, and gave you steps to achieve it.  I would do them, get some results, then they would slow back to a stop and I had nothing.  So, I would then go back and look for more answers and more steps, do them, get results, watch the effects decay over a few days, and then back to the internet I went.

Time passed for a long while with that process, long passed the 30 day mark.  I wondered what I was doing wrong.  There must be some key to Telekinesis I was missing, some super secret formula that only the masters knew and wouldn’t share, but there is always that bootlegger who posts the answer all over the internet.  I quietly hoped I would eventually run across it, and bam!  Next thing I knew, I would be moving couches.

I got loads of answers, theories and techniques that I tried, all of which met the same fate as its predecessors.  It seemed there where only a few consisting factors in their methods.

1.) Leave your logic and reason at the door.  Where your going, you wont need it.  And it might explode if you take it along.

2.) Believe you can.  If you don’t believe it, you can’t achieve it.

3.) Visualization and Imagination open the way.  Both can help you while practicing and even when your not.

4.) Energy.  Everything everywhere is energy.  You use it, your made up of it, and so does everything else.  Including Telekinesis.

These four I found pretty consistently throughout my long search.  But of course I had many problems with it, because I got stuck at step one, and continued trying to find the answer in a logical way.  Eventually I ran into someone on Youtube, who by my standards, was an expert at Psychokinesis.  His name is Shirak OmegaX.  He can do things that blow me away.  Such as, Telekinesis on objects much larger then the size of a psi-wheel, on fire, on radio waves, on time itself it seems.  No literally, he has a few videos where he messes with time itself.

Of course I saw that and just had to know more, so I sent him a few messages, assuming he definitely had the answer to Telekinesis, but, the answers I got back where the ones I got in his videos.  He spoke of a very spiritual journey into Telekinesis.  Something I have heard from many others as well, but I was too impatient, I wanted it a lot more quickly.  It took me a long while to open up to an idea of leaving everything I was told to believe in behind me, and try look at the world, and more importantly, my self, as someone who could do it, and is worthy and capable.  Mostly because I had a very low self-esteem.  These ideas where too grand and to big for me to believe I could do them, let along believe I was worthy enough to have them.

In order for me to achieve my dreams, I had to expand my mind and my beliefs.  Open them up to something new, something beyond what was being told to me by those around me.  I also had to have the courage to carve out my own beliefs on the matter, and stand by them, even in the face of adversity, where others would challenge me, and berate me for them.  I had to do that even when I wasn’t there yet, when I could offer no results and no argument.

As I began to expand my mind, I began to notice some things about my mind.  For instance, Logic isn’t Truth.  Logic is a program of sorts (For lack of a better term) that basis itself on what you experience and what it told to you, repeatedly.  In-fact, most of what you believe and how you think is based off this same repetition.  Also, any cycle that repeats itself, often will do so perpetually.  So, if I adopt a skeptic mindset, or low self-esteem, or lack of belief in myself, and it gets caught in this self perpetuating cycle, it will continue and snowball.

After seeing what Shirak can do, and knowing like me, he had to train himself, from a person who couldn’t to a person who could, and does.  Having had to change his mind from the ground up, showed me that so can I.  Now all I had to do is fight that programming.  That voice in my head that doesn’t like change, and wanted to keep everything the same.  It would constantly try and explain things away so I lose faith in myself, or make whatever experience I had sound dumb and illogical.

It was kind of like adding the Law of Attraction to it.  I had to combat my own negativity with positivity.  The road was not easy, I felt at times that just giving in and listening to that negative voice was easier then trying to fight myself.  But I continued, and eventually I won out, and now that voice has less to say.

I am naturally pessimistic, and I had to change that in order to achieve my dreams.  I’m still in the process of changing it, there seems to be a lot more resistance to change, when I am trying to initiate the change and make it apart of myself, on my own.  In-fact there is a decent chance if I hadn’t run into Shirak, I may have not continued.  Now I can do Telekinesis, not on the same level as Shirak, but I’m getting there.  I do know a lot about Telekinesis, but I still have some questions that elude me.

Apparently and luckily, he got a lot of the same questions I have asked, which drove him to write a book on the matter.  Unfortunately, I’m so stuck penny pinching at the moment, I can’t afford it.  Which annoys the hell out of me.  I heard it’s a great book, gives a lot of great insight both into how Telekinesis or Psychokinesis works, as well as how to access your higher self and potential in general.  Another thing I heard though is his grammar sucks, which sounds about right, because when we did talk, he did have horrible grammar.  But if you can get past the grammar, he really has some terrific insight into your own limitless potential.  He told me it was based off of his own personal journal.  I honestly can‘t wait to get it.

But back to the topic at hand.  If your just starting, I would suggest a bit of research.  Find theories and techniques out there a try them out, and just read up on the topic in general.  Don’t make my mistake, and give them a good healthy try.  Some theories and technique sound really far out there, but as I’m starting to find out, the ones that sound really outlandish, actually help the most.  Be ready to challenge your own beliefs, even the ones that seem mundane and static, and be ready to expand your boundaries and limitations.  Always keep an open mind, the more open your mind is, the more room you have to expand.  Watch some videos as well, I’ll link a few of Shirak’s here.  Videos will help remind you it is possible, and hopefully, inspire you as well.

Telekinesis truly is a Mind over Matter phenomena.  Or even, Mind over Energy, over Matter.  Freeing your mind is a very important first step, and likely the hardest hurdle to overcome.  If you think about it, your mind leads you in everything you do.  It is for this reason I feel, that the use of Imagination and Visualization is a key component, as if forces the mind to expand when logic is left at the door, which introduces you to new truths, that you didn‘t even know about.  Remember, everything is energy, and your mind can tap into that energy.

Ignore that voice that tells you, you can’t, or is trying to devalue the result by trying to explain it away.  Every person that can do Psychokinesis, had to face that voice, just like you.  Had to learn how to let go of what the masses said was ‘Not Real’, and experience the truth themselves.  Letting go is Hard, but you aren’t alone when you get there, there are others who see your true potential too.

Good news is, once you get past the first few hurdles, you will begin to realize that many of the things you used to deem as difficult or impossible, becomes easier and possible.

Bad news is, it is a journey in which will never end.  There will always be more to learn (But that is true for everything).  But, if you try to enjoy your journey, and it is yours to enjoy, then the bad news isn’t so bad after all.

And here is the Link to his book if you are interested in checking it out.  (If someone buys it, leave a comment please and tell me about it).  I do recommend it.

Anyways,

Till Next Time.

Energy is Alive!

It is Alive!!  /end Frankenstein tone

Yesterday was a very interesting day.  Went to bed around 2:30 AM, and woke up just after 6 AM.  When ever that happens, the day is generally going to be long and painfully slow.  I goofed around on the internet trying to find something to do or keep my attention.  Mostly watching comedians on Youtube, as I like to laugh.  At around 10 AM, I decided I might as well practice Telekinesis a bit, though when really tired I generally have very little success.  I began to practice and my mind began to drift off and it became difficult to focus.  The time passed from minutes into hours as my mind wondered from a thoughtless daze to uncontrollable thought, which happens a lot when I can’t decide if I should just take a nap, and risk not being able to sleep that night, or stay awake and endure the rest of the day.

It was almost 1:30 in the afternoon when things began to change.  I was playing with my psi-wheel on the floor and at the time, was too tired to care about conditions, such as removing random air currents or heat from possibly effecting the psi-wheel.  I was mostly interested in seeing it move in the ways I willed it too, as a sort of pass-time form of entertainment.  I should add, I had no luck in this area up until this moment, when a small gust of air caught the psi-wheel.  When ever this happens I have a sort of reaction to make it spin the opposite direction, against the air current.  My hands where very close to it, and I remember instead of trying to make it stop as if with Telekinesis, I just sort of mentally or emotionally pleaded with it to stop.  In that moment, it did just that.  It stopped abruptly.  It didn’t stop and begin going the other direction, nor did it slow to a stop.  It just stopped, as if it understood what I was asking.

I immediately got this overwhelming feeling that it understood my plea to some degree, and sort of answered my request.  I was baffled, I definitely got the feeling it was aware of me and my anxious request, so I began to play with the idea that the psi-wheel itself was aware.  I didn’t really know how to approach the idea (And still don’t entirely), but I guess I tried to look at the psi-wheel as if it was aware, like me.  As if it could respond like another person could/would if I requested something.  Nothing more really came from it, at least that I remember.  As I sat there, still trying to pursue this idea, I remember for some reason, Quantum Physics.

It speaks of at the base level of all matter, is energy, and it is also believed that consciousness is this energy, or at least tied to it.  It was a series of random thoughts, remembering what I’ve heard that seemed to string together.  The molecules that make up matter is energy, and that in turn, everything is energy.  But something just didn’t sit well.  I’ve thought, heard and even put to practice this idea, and have gotten very little from it.  Though I know everything is energy, this idea alone was just a bit of information that meant nothing, something to shelve in the back of my head as a trivial fact.  For some reason after that, I remember something about ambient energy, which is the just a more loose, almost essence like type of energy that floats around, often associated with air, as people identify it most commonly there.  I started wondering if maybe that the energy of the molecules where just meant to be molecules, and weren’t meant to be directly stimulated for movement.

I started thinking of these two energies, and wondered if it’s this flow of ambient energy that stimulates movement.  As if one could flow into the other, and the two would react and create movement.  I started to think about the ambient energy in the room and tried visualizing it flowing into the psi-wheel to make it move.  It seemed to work to some degree, but the psi-wheel can also move for seemingly no apparent reason.  Nevertheless, I did get a distinct feeling I had at least some small part in it’s movement.

I have this little strip of Tinfoil left over from making my psi-wheel.  I have actually three, one tinfoil, and two paper psi-wheels, one paper psi-wheel is twice the size of the other.  But I’m currently using them in a different experiment.  Anyways, I decided to try my hand at playing with the strip of tinfoil and placed it on the edge of my speaker of my stereo.  I balanced it in a way so it could kind of teeter-totter a little.  I began to focus my attention on it, and see what happens as I visualized this sort of ambient energy of the room, interact with the energy of the tinfoil strip.  I often do little hand gestures to mimic what I’m trying to accomplish.  It should also be noted that at this point, I was sitting several feet away from it.

It would kind of wobble on it’s own, but nothing dramatic.  As I began to focus my attention on it, and visualize this energy interacting with it, it began to move more, and I got the same quick passing feeling that it was aware of what I was trying to do.  So I began to try and think of this energy as aware, as if on some deep level, it understood what I was trying to do, and sure enough, it began to react more.  In fact to make a long story a bit shorter, it began to move more and more, the more I sank into this idea that the energy was aware.  It actually got so intense, my perception of it went from merely aware, to flat alive, in the way it was responding.  I was utterly in shock, you probably could have knocked me over with a feather…

It fell off the speakers twice, but it wasn’t that it rocked itself off, it would actually jerk itself from side to side in motions almost like a psi-wheel.  It actually seemed like it crawled off to be honest.  It felt so strange, to perceive something I originally perceived to be a lifeless object to something that was alive, and would react to me.  I felt very connected with it, and the term “partnership” never rang a clearer bell then that moment.

I can’t really say for sure how it happened, or even be sure it was me at all.  But as someone once said to me, you can’t deny your experience, even if someone can propose physics as an explanation.  All I remember was, I had a clear focus, my attention was clearly on the tinfoil, and I was trying to perceive the energy of the tinfoil as alive as well as the ambient energy of the room, and tried to understand that because it was alive, it was aware and therefore could respond.  I did focus on my intention, what I wanted to happen, but I can’t say it was in great detail, just basically to move, and fall off, in a vague visualization like that.  Other then that, I think I remember a feeling that I tried to give more of myself so it could move, to give something (I’m not really sure what to be honestly, just something) of myself, so it could express movement.

I almost got it to fall off a third time, but my sister came and knocked on the door.  She has a habit of ruining good days.  Which she may be back today…. Damn it… after that I decided to call it.  On good days like that I generally don’t like to push that far, as if it goes badly and stops working, or I get so hyped up I want to go bigger, I may hit something beyond my capability, which could turn my good mood sour, like my sister does.

Through the rest of that day, the feeling and perception of objects and energy being alive began to fade, and return to my previous perception of lifeless objects.  Logic began to flood in trying to interpret everything that happened as mere coincidence and just normal physics.  I even began to question my sanity some, as I was extremely tired at the time, my mind could have just been messing with me.   I also understood that telling people this story would likely alienate me.  Common responses such as, “You just misinterpreted normal physics.  It was likely air currents or heat or something.  It was just coincidence, that’s all”.  As much as it would make sense, the experience felt so real, as if for a short time, everything clicked, but then began to fade as I returned to my daily routine.  When I started this post, it somehow reminded me of an earlier post about The Mind, I will probably post a link to it.

Because when I did that post, I felt awkward, as if I was making myself vulnerable by putting something out on my blog, that seemed so far out there, people would refuse to accept it, and then sort of label me as a loony.  Looking back on it, I don’t think I was that far off actually.  I still think the mind mimics the universe, as many scientists believe many other things in this world, mimic many other things out there in the universe, a sort of pattern repeated.  Though sometimes I think I may have explained what I meant wrong, and gave the wrong impression.  Which is the same here, I can only wonder if anyone who reads this will understand what I mean.

I kept hearing, “You need to go through a Paradigm shift” and I think that at least partially happened yesterday, as well as when I did -Reality and the Mind-.  Earlier this morning when I was thinking about what happened yesterday, I realized no wonder I can have problems with Telekinesis.  When it moves, my mind immediately turns to logic, hoping that it doesn’t have an answer to explain the movement.  But so long as there are air currents or heat or something that can do the same effect, even if the object is covered, logic will always have something to say.  But, if I don’t stop, and embrace it, this leap into the unknown, and not be so quick to pile on the logic, I won’t get anywhere.  Besides, if everything is energy, and Telekinesis uses this energy, then couldn’t it act through the air, moving the psi-wheel that way? Or heat or something else?

Anyways, this post if too long for me to start into a ramble about potential.

I hope this was of some help to anyone who reads it.  It was definitely interesting to look at the world so alive, instead of so lifeless.

Hope this helped some…

Till next time.

Energy Work by Robert Bruce Review

Energy Work Review

It is kind of a strange story how I ran across this book and decided to read it.  Nothing over dramatic, but still out of the norm for me.  I go to Borders with my mom every-so-often to look at books, and read a little bit here and there.  I rarely ever buy anything, mostly because I spend a few hours at a time in Borders, and try to scan through a book as much as possible, trying to quickly read up on all it’s major points, so I don’t have to buy it.  It’s cheap, but I can learn a lot in a sitting, and save money doing it.  Anyways, I was scanning through a series of books looking for anything that might catch my eye, and I saw “Energy Work”.  It quickly pulled my attention to it, though it was one of the thinnest books compared to those surrounding it.

I picked it up and began reading it.  Scanned through the table of contents, so I can find the chapters that looked interesting and I could go and read them and be on my way.  With only 8 chapters and roughly 163 pages, it shouldn’t have been hard to pick apart.  I was pleasantly surprised, as the chapter titles themselves seemed to revolve around the issues I seemed to keep running across when it came to Telekinesis.  I quickly thumbed to a chapter and began reading, and each page was more and more intriguing.  To be honest, it seemed like the book was written just for me.  I even remember that thought running through my head as I was reading it.

It revolved around 3 major themes I see reoccur often in Telekinesis, especially when it comes to instructional tutorials for Telekinesis or Psychokinesis.  Intention, Energy and Consciousness, as well as a few other things I could recognize.  The book seemed packed with information, each page told a little bit more about how to do it, and what’s going on with it.  In the end, I ran out of time and decided not to buy it.  A few days passed, and I couldn’t get it out of my head.  I was even border-line obsessed, which is fairly rare for me, especially for a book.  I kept thinking, maybe this guy knew enough about Energy to really help me in this area, as Energy Work was not a strong area of mine, and I did want to brush up on it.  I was telling my mom about the book over the three days, and as a gift, she went and bought it for me.  She likes doing that for me because I don’t ask for anything on my Birthday or Christmas, and that annoys her.

I immediately began reading it.  Over the course of the book, it did go into a person’s Energy Body, and how it is laid out, how to stimulate and move Energy, as well as your Chakras.  Even how Awareness, Consciousness and Intention play an important role in it all.  For only 163 pages, it was fairly packed with information, easily covering the basics needed to get started and even went beyond that to more advanced stuff when you’re ready.  The only problem I really had with the book that I didn’t notice when I scanned it in Borders was, it is exercise heavy.  Bout 30-40 exercises (not sure on how many exercises, I didn’t count) to help you get more interactive with what you’re reading.  They really challenge your awareness and focus, and I won’t say they’re fun, but then again, I’m not one who likes homework, per se.

After having done some of these exercises over a couple of weeks, I have noticed changes and improvements.  Mostly in my concentration and perception, but strangely enough, my intuition has improved a noticeable amount.  I seem to know when  the phone is going to ring more, as well as who is calling, but more profound is, I seem to get a more clear feeling of how the days events will turn out.  Though I’m not sure if it’s because of this book, let alone if this was even supposed to happen through it’s exercises.

In the end, I would suggest it to anyone who is interested in the fundamentals of energy work, to get a good strong, thorough basis to it’s art.  I don’t want to spoil it by giving to much detail about the book for anyone who is going to read it, but it was a good read.  Definitely opened my eyes a bit to this world of energy and the intricate details involved, as well as inspired me to pursue it more.  I picked up the book for the purpose of furthering my Telekinesis, and it has helped me in that area.  I have noticed my health has improved, but I can’t say profoundly.  All in all, I would highly recommend it to everyone.

You can likely find it at your local book store.  I know Borders has it… I decided to find it on Amazon, and link to it just for ease of access.  You can give it a look there.

I hope everyone enjoys it.  I did! (Except for the homework)

Anyways, till next time!
