Stumbling Blocks while Developing Telekinesis

Common problems while Learning Telekinesis

There are many hurdles to overcome when one starts developing the skill of Telekinesis.  As I am still facing many challenges as I pursue this path, and I figured I would highlight some of these that have recently crossed my path.  Some of these may be universal, while others are purely personal, but each are important to overcome.  As I am discovering, this path is mostly about disciplining and honing the self, not only to become a force of focus, but to use that focus to reach heights of freedom.

Self-reflection

Self reflection is an important part of Developing Telekinesis as well as general mental, emotional and even in some cases physical health.  Much of self reflection is given; you sit and reflect on the who’s, what’s why’s, when’s and even how’s that revolve around yourself.  But most importantly, it allows you to understand yourself.  This is also a given, but the why it’s so important may be a bit more elusive.  In short, understanding yourself allows you to understand why the other things in your life trip you up.

An example more recently highlighting how some self reflection has benefited me comes from me trying to work out a theory on why Telekinesis would spike in success occasionally, and why other times it would dive into the trenches of failure.  I tossed and turned on the idea a bit, thinking about what could cause such random behavior in my results.  I had recently read some things about the subconscious mind, and how the two minds are a bit different.  Such as, you can hold a conscious belief about something, but subconsciously, you may believe something different, or even contrary.

But the subconscious mind, like the conscious mind, can and does fluctuate from time to time.  So I hypothesized that maybe my subconscious mind, during my moments of success, was getting on board with the idea, and lifted me up and I saw results.  Whereas at other times, it may be set against me, and I saw failure.  So, I thought, that makes sense, maybe I should then try and get in touch with my subconscious a little more, and help start a more consistent dialog.

Whenever I think of getting something across to my subconscious, I almost instantly think hypnosis.  It is notorious for getting suggestions beyond the conscious mind’s blockade and to the subconscious.  So I looked up some self hypnosis to see what I could find that may help me out a little.  The last time I looked up these videos, I wasn’t impressed, but I still thought to give the ones I was about to watch a good healthy try.  After going through a few that weren’t effective, I had finally found one, that when followed, showed significant promise.

The message was to relax deeply, let the stress melt away, and open up a willingness to learn.  The effects were so profound on me, that for hours after, I could feel my body and energy buzzing.  The days that followed began to show more results as well as a more fluent feel to them.  When results started to dwindle, I did a meditation in the form of the self hypnosis, and results would begin to return.  Not only did this show results in my Psychokinesis, but also elsewhere in my daily life.  I was more calm, comfortable and keen.  I felt stronger and smarter and more able all around.  After a week or so of this though, things began to slip back to the way they where previously, but I persisted.  Then all a sudden, this sudden surge (Metaphorical) passed through me, and I found myself smarter and stronger then I had been before.

I felt strong and capable, and I was forming fluent, witty and creative sentences faster then I ever had before, and my results with Telekinesis had more then jumped, as well as my understanding.  I was pulling words out of nowhere, that I didn’t even know I knew, and were using them in ways I didn’t realize worked.  If you knew me personally before this time, you would know my behavior did an almost a 180.  I was usually very shy, not outgoing, and I got tongue-tied on most any question that came my way.  Thinking and talking where very much weak points for me when I was around company.  But then I found myself leaping into these things with both feet.  My mind moved so quickly and efficiently, I often could leave those who used to leave me behind in conversations, in the dust.

This lasted for several days, and while it lasted, I could see the world so much more clearly.  I was even able to see errors in theories by my mentors that I previously  couldn’t even wrap my head around.  Then yesterday, sadly it came to an abrupt end.  I awoke to find my head so dull and foggy I couldn’t think straight.  I actually couldn’t even read straight either.  Some of this article was written yesterday too, and I had to stop because I was having a hard time remembering what it was I was trying to write, and then formulate it into a sentence in which would portray what I meant, fittingly.  I mostly focused yesterday on trying to relieve as much of the stress I seemed to be under as possible.  Mostly physical, like eyes, neck, back and head.  Today feels much better though.

But, as you can see, self reflection led from my question of ‘why’ to a theory (Subconscious), to testing that theory with practice (Self hypnosis), to a unexpected finding (Stress relief), which led to a result (Psychokinesis results, more confidence, felt stronger and smarter).

Resonance

This is a stumbling block I have recently befell that had hindered any further development in Telekinesis for me.  Resonance in short is when two, same vibrations come together to create a greater force.  An example could come from the above in self reflection, that if I was right about the subconscious being involved, then my conscious belief, and subconscious belief created a resonance that sparked the result.

Recently this has been a pretty big issues for me.  I mentioned in my last post about how a supportive community can be of great help, and it can.  But recently I have ran into an issue that caused me a bit of an unexpected problem.  You see, as I have mentioned, I have come from a background of magick.  And though I wouldn’t say I practiced it a lot, I did sort of fall in love with it a bit (Mind you, I was fairly young).  I grew somewhat attached to certain terms that are fairly basic to be honest, and I don’t really wish to part with them.  But the community that I am apart of is very new-age, and uses the quantum physics terminology a lot, such as Consciousness.  Consciousness has more or less taken the place of Soul or Spirit in the new-age community.  And though my research into their definition and meaning of the words aligns pretty well with mine for Soul, I still had some weird problems that emerged.

To keep this fairly short, the community there collects a lot of information, and this information often comes from the cutting edge of science, and right now, the best place to look for the most modern explanations for Telekinesis is quantum physics.  So the information collected uses these kinds of terms, and the theories and evidence shared there are also discussed in these kinds of terms.  Over time and after being exposed to these terms for a fairly long time, I realized there was apart of me that felt as if I should leave behind the old way of thinking and embrace the new way.

As this began to occur, I felt more distant from what I believed in, and what I was trying to do.  This is called Dissonance, and it literally means an inconsistency between action and what you believe.  But they’re just terms!  Just words used to describe the meaning.  Why was it that when I thought about the Soul as, the Soul, I felt better about the idea then when I thought about it as consciousness?  Honestly, I’m not sure, my only hypothesis at the moment is that over my younger years, the term Soul had a chance to grow and become something with strong meaning within me, and I learned to identify that part of me with that word.  So when a new word came along that meant the same thing, it doesn’t have the same effect because it hasn’t had time to establish any real meaning for me.

This could also be applied to just about anything.  Your view of the world, the structure, a certain belief in how something works, or even a certain practice or ritual.  I believe that these words, or beliefs cause such reactions within because they resonate with us.  And because of that, we shouldn’t need to change them, we just need to allow them to become fertile ground for new knowledge to grow.

I decided to add resonance into this article because I felt there may be others who believe that they can, but are having a hard time connecting with what they are learning.  It may be a dissonance.  Perhaps some self reflection may help you discover what does resonate with you and eliminate the dissonance.  Even if it’s a slight, or large shift.  Wherever you feel the most at home, is where the most results will lie.

Letting Go

Letting go implies getting rid of disbeliefs, doubts, fears, stress, thinking patterns and things that may hinder your progress in general.  It is also unfortunately easier said then done.  I grew up most of my life in a fairly stressful environment.  Thankfully it wasn’t physically abusive, but nonetheless, lots of yelling, lots of family problems, financial problems, etc.  This seems to have become the norm for most households nowadays.  I’m not sure how it has come to this, but alas, it has.

Since I grew up in this kind of life, I became very used to stress.  This is not to say I have learned to handle it well, oh no, quite the contrary in-fact.  It has actually proved to be one of the biggest hurdles in my life.  One to this day, I am still facing.  Worse yet is how because I am so used to stress, the absence of stress will actually cause me stress, for fear of what stress filled situation might be lurking right around the corner that will disrupt this moment of perceived peace.  Not sure if that made sense or not, I hope it did.

But armed with a little knowledge and experience, I have come to understand that I can actually change my life.  So how does one let go?  This answer again is probably best answered with some self reflection, but for me it starts with a little meditation.  To sum up the meditation, I just sit, focus my mind lightly on something, then using a peripheral awareness, relax my muscles and specifically my mind.  I try and open up my mind, to wide spaces.  Create room inside so as to have a bit of freedom and breathing room.  I try to keep my mind open as such throughout the day, and not let daily concerns or doubts enter this space.

Always in a positive light, with a touch of logic, this becomes a little easier with time.  What I mean is, when I open my mind, and try and create some breathing room within, I do so while I relax my muscles a bit, and try and understand that all is well.  Any perceived concerns are actually rubbish, and within me are the tools readily available to tackle each problem as they arise.  Considering most doubts, concerns and fears spur up because we in-fact don’t believe we are strong or capable enough to handle them, and therefore we unintentionally inflate them.  I also try and couple this with a strong sense of self.  I focus again lightly on myself in a positive and strong manner.  Much like looking into a mirror at yourself, and liking what you see, but in this case, also what you feel.  Get a comfort for yourself.

This process has helped me achieve some self worth, and to me, that is very important.  Because once I am better able to understand my own self worth, I will feel better about myself, stronger, faster, smarter and more willing to stand on my feet and try to get the things I want to see in my life, and have the confidence to do it.

Always keep some awareness of yourself in your mind.  Strong, positive and free.

Proper Focus

Focus is a common property in Telekinesis, and if one wants to develop the skill, proper focus is important.  I am somewhat of a literal person.  Ironically, I may take what others say literally, but I often implore metaphors and examples in my explanations.  I feel it is because I miss important parts of something because I take an explanation literally, or at face value.

Proper focus requires no stress.  Do not strain to focus, try not to let your muscles tense up, try not to push objects around with your eyes, which is something I sometimes try and do, and now my eyes hurt.  A friend and mentor of mine once said, I have to get away from the muscle-mind frame of thinking.  In essence, what he meant was that we are so used to using force to get things, that when it comes to moving objects around with Telekinesis, we often try to use force.

So if we can’t try and use force, at least in the muscle sense, then how do we get it to move?

I have found Telekinesis to be, quite strange.  One definitely needs to take a step away from conventional thinking in order to get somewhere with it.  And admittedly, one’s own personal belief on how it works probably plays an important role in how effective one is with it.  Especially if you are pretty sure on how, even if it is mostly based in gut-instinct or impression then it is in words and sentences.

But using some of what I have already went over in this post, I will try and explain a little on how I focus.  As stated, I relax to the best of my ability, clear and open my mind.  Place a peripheral awareness on myself, and try and feel positive and strong, even self-sufficient from within.  I try not to focus on any single part of me, but let my whole self be as one, comfortably.  The majority of my focus goes to the object, and in this empty space in my mind, I let the object enter.  Once inside, if I have cleared my mind right, and not let little free radical thoughts enter in also, I begin to let go of myself, slightly, and allow in a sense, for the definition of myself to change, and include to some degree the object, and my environment.

At this point I am mostly trying to explain impressions I get while doing it, so bear with me.  Sometime after it has entered the open area of my mind, I begin to get a feel for it.  A sense of it, kind of like we are connected, or maybe a sense of closeness, like we are physically near each other.  At this point, I try and intend for something to occur.  Like, if it’s a psi-wheel, I used this sense of closeness to help establish a conviction in what I am doing, and use that conviction to apply a sense of movement or pressure to one of the sides of the psi-wheel to get it to move.

Now, did you note that I said pressure?  This one I actually stumbled upon by accident.  I wish I could explain to you how I came about this, but somehow I have managed to learn how to perceive pressure being applied to an object, without getting stressed or strained over it.  The best way I can say how, is even though you are connected to the object, you sort of detach yourself from it at the same time.  Maybe emotionally, so you don’t have the desperation for a result looming over you.  When I perceive this pressure, or movement, I do so in a manner as if I was merely an observer, watching it occur, but just so happen to be able to feel it occur at the same time.

That is probably the best I can do to describe it.  I hope that made sense to you.

In closing, as you can see most of the stumbling blocks are related to one another.  One hurdle can blur into another one, so be careful.

Remember to stay positive, I would even say almost in an aloof kind of way.  And I hope this helps you in Developing Telekinesis.

Learning Telekinesis

The Common Process of Learning Telekinesis

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I figured it was time.

I watched a video of someone I respect the other day, and it reminded me of the days when I first started, and how I expected Telekinesis to work, and how long I expected it to take.  I’ll try and keep this post short.  The first draft actually went on for pages of my blabbing on about how dumb I am.  So, I will keep it to the basics and most important points of the topic.

When I first started out, I thought Telekinesis could be learned in 30 days, in fact I put down a 30 day time period to learn it.  The first few days where awesome.  Lots of results, after that though, it dwindled to almost nothing.  I originally thought, Telekinesis was a 1 - 2 punch, do it once, repeat the process until it is thoroughly learned, and then bam, your done.  Boy was I wrong.

It worked, a basic project energy and push the psi-wheel around tactic.  But then I wanted to know more, I wanted to know the ins and outs of how it worked, so I could become an expert at it.  So I searched for the answer on the internet, in videos or articles or websites.   Many claimed to know the answer, and gave you steps to achieve it.  I would do them, get some results, then they would slow back to a stop and I had nothing.  So, I would then go back and look for more answers and more steps, do them, get results, watch the effects decay over a few days, and then back to the internet I went.

Time passed for a long while with that process, long passed the 30 day mark.  I wondered what I was doing wrong.  There must be some key to Telekinesis I was missing, some super secret formula that only the masters knew and wouldn’t share, but there is always that bootlegger who posts the answer all over the internet.  I quietly hoped I would eventually run across it, and bam!  Next thing I knew, I would be moving couches.

I got loads of answers, theories and techniques that I tried, all of which met the same fate as its predecessors.  It seemed there where only a few consisting factors in their methods.

1.) Leave your logic and reason at the door.  Where your going, you wont need it.  And it might explode if you take it along.

2.) Believe you can.  If you don’t believe it, you can’t achieve it.

3.) Visualization and Imagination open the way.  Both can help you while practicing and even when your not.

4.) Energy.  Everything everywhere is energy.  You use it, your made up of it, and so does everything else.  Including Telekinesis.

These four I found pretty consistently throughout my long search.  But of course I had many problems with it, because I got stuck at step one, and continued trying to find the answer in a logical way.  Eventually I ran into someone on Youtube, who by my standards, was an expert at Psychokinesis.  His name is Shirak OmegaX.  He can do things that blow me away.  Such as, Telekinesis on objects much larger then the size of a psi-wheel, on fire, on radio waves, on time itself it seems.  No literally, he has a few videos where he messes with time itself.

Of course I saw that and just had to know more, so I sent him a few messages, assuming he definitely had the answer to Telekinesis, but, the answers I got back where the ones I got in his videos.  He spoke of a very spiritual journey into Telekinesis.  Something I have heard from many others as well, but I was too impatient, I wanted it a lot more quickly.  It took me a long while to open up to an idea of leaving everything I was told to believe in behind me, and try look at the world, and more importantly, my self, as someone who could do it, and is worthy and capable.  Mostly because I had a very low self-esteem.  These ideas where too grand and to big for me to believe I could do them, let along believe I was worthy enough to have them.

In order for me to achieve my dreams, I had to expand my mind and my beliefs.  Open them up to something new, something beyond what was being told to me by those around me.  I also had to have the courage to carve out my own beliefs on the matter, and stand by them, even in the face of adversity, where others would challenge me, and berate me for them.  I had to do that even when I wasn’t there yet, when I could offer no results and no argument.

As I began to expand my mind, I began to notice some things about my mind.  For instance, Logic isn’t Truth.  Logic is a program of sorts (For lack of a better term) that basis itself on what you experience and what it told to you, repeatedly.  In-fact, most of what you believe and how you think is based off this same repetition.  Also, any cycle that repeats itself, often will do so perpetually.  So, if I adopt a skeptic mindset, or low self-esteem, or lack of belief in myself, and it gets caught in this self perpetuating cycle, it will continue and snowball.

After seeing what Shirak can do, and knowing like me, he had to train himself, from a person who couldn’t to a person who could, and does.  Having had to change his mind from the ground up, showed me that so can I.  Now all I had to do is fight that programming.  That voice in my head that doesn’t like change, and wanted to keep everything the same.  It would constantly try and explain things away so I lose faith in myself, or make whatever experience I had sound dumb and illogical.

It was kind of like adding the Law of Attraction to it.  I had to combat my own negativity with positivity.  The road was not easy, I felt at times that just giving in and listening to that negative voice was easier then trying to fight myself.  But I continued, and eventually I won out, and now that voice has less to say.

I am naturally pessimistic, and I had to change that in order to achieve my dreams.  I’m still in the process of changing it, there seems to be a lot more resistance to change, when I am trying to initiate the change and make it apart of myself, on my own.  In-fact there is a decent chance if I hadn’t run into Shirak, I may have not continued.  Now I can do Telekinesis, not on the same level as Shirak, but I’m getting there.  I do know a lot about Telekinesis, but I still have some questions that elude me.

Apparently and luckily, he got a lot of the same questions I have asked, which drove him to write a book on the matter.  Unfortunately, I’m so stuck penny pinching at the moment, I can’t afford it.  Which annoys the hell out of me.  I heard it’s a great book, gives a lot of great insight both into how Telekinesis or Psychokinesis works, as well as how to access your higher self and potential in general.  Another thing I heard though is his grammar sucks, which sounds about right, because when we did talk, he did have horrible grammar.  But if you can get past the grammar, he really has some terrific insight into your own limitless potential.  He told me it was based off of his own personal journal.  I honestly can‘t wait to get it.

But back to the topic at hand.  If your just starting, I would suggest a bit of research.  Find theories and techniques out there a try them out, and just read up on the topic in general.  Don’t make my mistake, and give them a good healthy try.  Some theories and technique sound really far out there, but as I’m starting to find out, the ones that sound really outlandish, actually help the most.  Be ready to challenge your own beliefs, even the ones that seem mundane and static, and be ready to expand your boundaries and limitations.  Always keep an open mind, the more open your mind is, the more room you have to expand.  Watch some videos as well, I’ll link a few of Shirak’s here.  Videos will help remind you it is possible, and hopefully, inspire you as well.

Telekinesis truly is a Mind over Matter phenomena.  Or even, Mind over Energy, over Matter.  Freeing your mind is a very important first step, and likely the hardest hurdle to overcome.  If you think about it, your mind leads you in everything you do.  It is for this reason I feel, that the use of Imagination and Visualization is a key component, as if forces the mind to expand when logic is left at the door, which introduces you to new truths, that you didn‘t even know about.  Remember, everything is energy, and your mind can tap into that energy.

Ignore that voice that tells you, you can’t, or is trying to devalue the result by trying to explain it away.  Every person that can do Psychokinesis, had to face that voice, just like you.  Had to learn how to let go of what the masses said was ‘Not Real’, and experience the truth themselves.  Letting go is Hard, but you aren’t alone when you get there, there are others who see your true potential too.

Good news is, once you get past the first few hurdles, you will begin to realize that many of the things you used to deem as difficult or impossible, becomes easier and possible.

Bad news is, it is a journey in which will never end.  There will always be more to learn (But that is true for everything).  But, if you try to enjoy your journey, and it is yours to enjoy, then the bad news isn’t so bad after all.

And here is the Link to his book if you are interested in checking it out.  (If someone buys it, leave a comment please and tell me about it).  I do recommend it.

Anyways,

Till Next Time.

Reality and the Mind

Reality and the Mind

Over the last weekend, I sort of slipped into a depression. It was one of those days where I couldn’t keep my emotions under control or maintain any form of focus. What happened was, I took a little time in the day to practice Telekinesis, and found myself in a situation where I wanted it to move, and I wanted it to move now. Which as you can expect, nothing happened. I’m a stubborn one, so I wouldn’t take failure as an option, and I wasn’t going to call it a day until it moved. Some of you may relate. Of course this was the wrong course of action, but again, I couldn’t focus and my emotions ran rampant.

I began to push harder and harder for the outcome and still nothing as eventually an hour passed, and frustration began to take root. The more I tried and the less I achieved the more I wanted to just break it, or light it on fire, or even shoot it with my BB gun out of spite (It was close by). After a while, I couldn’t take it anymore and fell victim to lack of control and frustration and I flopped on the floor and stared blankly at the ceiling trying to make sense of it all. I couldn’t seem to answer any of the questions that raced through my mind, and eventually it seemed like my mind buckled under it’s own weight and stopped trying.

I began to look at the world pessimistically, figuring, ‘what’s the point anyways?’. For some reason the thought crossed my mind about Quantum Physics suggesting the world is in fact a illusion, and from there I drew upon my pessimism, stating the world wasn’t real anyways. I viewed it almost like a illusionary purgatory, a fake world where we’re here to suffer (it’s a bit emo, but depression does that to people). As I began to settle on that thought, my mind began to drift into silence, and thoughts stopped running rampant and emotions began to settle. Then something out of the blue came, that was outlandish, but strangely made sense.

It dealt with the big-bang, something that Quantum Physics adheres to. I wonder, if everything came from something the size of a pea, then it exploded to form the universe as we know it… then what made that pea? Since I didn’t know the answer to the question, I just sort of played around with the idea in my head. I sort of pictured the universe, dark, star and planet-less. No light, no matter, nothing. Not even the pea. Then I sort of imagined, these particles beginning to form in this nothingness, and atoms and molecules. Slowly it begins to form in this nothingness, this pea sized universe. Then I stopped, and wondered, what has the potential to make something out of nothing?

The answer kind of stumped me, and my mind went blank. Then I noticed something, my mind, was blank. There was nothing in my mind, nothing. No colors, no pictures, no words, nothing. It was just like how I imagined the universe before the pea. And I thought, well, the mind can potentially make something out of nothing, is it possible that the universe is mind based? Where everything you see and interact with is actually Mind? Like the world as we knew it was a dream, or universal meditative state. After that, a flurry of thoughts and ideas surrounding the concept flooded in, and the more they did, the more it made sense.

This concept, this world seemed based in perspective, and the world did seem to work based on how you truly perceived it, and believed it would act. Much like how one perceives a dream to be real until they wake up. But there was a few problems… I seemed to relate this idea to my mind. In my dreams, things aren’t as smooth, it’s a mix of pictures and colors and situations within a ever changing environment with an absence of logic. This world obviously didn’t have that problem… it was more static and rigid then my dreams. Then, the idea sort of hit a brick wall of sorts. When I look at it like that, it doesn’t really seem like a dream at all. It’s sort of when I realized I had the problem equated backwards.

If we start with the universe in the context that it’s like the Mind, then we must take into account that the universe was here before us. Which means, our minds in this plane of reality where created after the universe, inside this plane. Which means if the universe is like the Mind, then it would still be our reality because we where birthed inside this plane. Which begins to bring up the concept of levels of mind. This is a bit difficult to explain. It’s sort of like saying that any mind formed inside another would be on a lower level of mind then the previous. When I started to look at the problem backwards like this, I had a different thought passed through.

I heard somewhere, that scientists where finally able to hear the vibration of planet earth. As you may well know, everything has a vibration, and so does the earth. Well, they managed somehow to tune into this vibration and actually listen to it. It sounded much like birds chirping. They immediately wondered if the birds sounded like that because they where mimicking the vibratory sound of earth. With that in mind, I wondered if our minds where actually mimicking the natural function of the universe.

When you think about it, our minds do seem to work closely to the world around us. Maybe our minds are trying to mimic the flow and function of the universe. It also made sense in terms of Telekinesis. If reality is like the mind, then one would have to try and get their mind closer to the level of mind in which we perceive reality to be on, in which case our minds would be able to interact with what we perceive as matter more effectively. I’m not sure if that makes sense to you, but I tried…

It’s a thought that I might not be able to put on paper and give it the justice it deserves, but it is something that I plan to look into more and see how far this concept takes me. I do feel as if I’m onto something though. It may not be exactly as I described above, but I feel as if it’s pretty close. I also wouldn’t mind hearing your opinions on the matter…

Anyways, as always… Good luck, hope this helps some.

Till next time…

Real Telekinesis

Here is Evidence of Real Telekinesis

Dealing with Skeptics is a tiresome endeavor. Often leaving your mind drained and your beliefs strained, especially if the skeptic managed to get an upper-hand in an argument. If he/she had a big enough impact on your perspective of Telekinesis, you might head home and question the authenticity of your results and beliefs, maybe even search for an alternate explanation to how the results came about. This is especially true for beginners who are still trying to develop Psychokinesis and learn how to use it.

In the past, this has happened to me a lot, and still does from time to time. But, Psychokinesis is getting more and more recognition, as well as the physics that supports it. But, sometimes just knowing the truth, and learning and training in Telekinesis isn't enough, sometimes you just have to see the Real thing.

So with that in mind, i decided to link a few videos that show Real Psychokinesis in action. With any luck, it may re-inspire you if your feeling down, or provide a little drive if your not. I hope you enjoy...

[Note: All videos are from Youtube, and none of them are mine]

Telekinesis Video 1
Also somewhat comical.

Telekinesis Video 2
MacbethLondon is a pretty good one.

Telekinesis Video 3
Mindfreak states in the description that he doesn't consider this evidence of Telekinesis. Though later, his videos get more Telekinesis heavy as he discovers it is actually genuine. he is a believer now.

Telekinesis Video 4
Shirak is Easily one of my favorites and is very skilled at Psychokinesis.

I'll add more videos as we go along. But for now, i hope this showed you how powerful your mind is, and what you can do when you Learn Telekinesis.

Emotions in Telekinesis

How Emotions can effect Telekinesis

I’ve mentioned before the not stress over Telekinesis, and I still stand by that, but, stress is caused most of the time, by emotions. So it got me thinking a little bit about how emotions may effect your over all success with telekinesis.

We know that your state of mind can ultimately effect both your results with Telekinesis, and your emotional state, but do emotions hinder or help telekinesis. Reason I bring it up is simply put, I have heard to stay stoic in my pursuit of telekinesis. Now, stress itself isn’t an emotion, it’s a byproduct of anxiety and that’s directly related to fear. Fear of change is something we all go through, and Telekinesis is a huge change to how one perceives the world around them. Something this dramatic will likely stir some emotions.

I have found it easy to get caught up in the moment while I’m trying to move something with my mind, and some times a series of thought drift through as if a checklist of sorts, “Do this, but don’t do that. Now that you have this, move on to phase 2” or something to that effect. But, I have found that this way of thinking often produces a lot of stress, and the mind doesn’t handle stress well.

If your mind finds itself in a stressful environment, it will actually transfer that stress elsewhere in your body if it can. Hence why people will feel a tightness in the chest or squeezing in the heart or back when stress emerges. It may transfer elsewhere, it depends mostly on you. But besides that, it also keeps your attention inside yourself. Your checklist, inside your head. Which keeps things nice and internal, the way your mind is used to.

But, most of the time, I just try and reach a peaceful state of mind, where I’m comfortable and just do what I feel I must. The best results I’ve found is when I feel happy and carefree. It’s sort of a state of acceptance, in which what ever comes about, you will accept. So, I would have to say, that positive emotions are obviously better then negative emotions for telekinesis, but, there is a price.

In a carefree mindset, you begin to lack a specific interesting in actually performing telekinesis. So it may move a little more often, but you may lack control, or something to that effect as well. I have found a more positive emotion towards it helps the over all flow, but a more direct and somewhat negative approach provides better control. So in other words, positivity allows flow, negativity allows control.

So I guess the next question would be, how does one achieve this balance of opposites? Well, I would say it’s little less complicated than it may seem. Telekinesis, at the end of the day, is a physical effect on the external world. So, it would be keeping a positive mindset, just loose enough to accept that you gave it your best shot if nothing should happen, yet stern enough to try and push for a specific outcome.

The negative could act as a guide within ones self, as a control to direct the positive towards the outcome. Telekinesis is as much internal though, as it is external. I hope that made sense anyways… I would rather not sound like I’m talking in circles or riddles. Though the circle part may make sense, as things tend to move in circles…

Oh well, I hope it helped some…

Till next time.

Skeptic of Telekinesis?

Do you believe in Telekinesis?

I was bored, so i decided to write this post real fast. When it comes to Telekinesis, i find that a lot of people are skeptical. Telekinesis isn't very widely accepted, and is still yet to be proven to most. I can assure you, Telekinesis does exist, even though, if you a skeptic, that might mean nothing to you. When you begin to practice Telekinesis, you are likely you own worst enemy. You probably set out to prove it exists, trying to defeat your skeptic within. It's a long a bumpy road, and you push against the odds, hoping the very next day, will end it all. That tomorrow, will bring forth the evidence you seek, and finally put that nagging voice in the back of head to rest, and maybe shock it with awe.

Unfortunately, it won't vanish in the night, with a single string of successive results. It often pops back up saying things like, it was air, or heat, or something to that effect. And i wont deny that sometimes, that might be the case, but not always.

If it starts moving and doesn't really stop, check for drafts. Place your hands next to it and see if you can feel any sensation of wind. Or, you could just cover it with a glass bowl if you like to prevent it. If you do prefer to keep it uncovered in the beginning, that's fine. I would actually suggest you don't to begin with anyways, as it has a tendency to play mind games with you. The glass feeling as if directly prevents any Telekinesis to get through. You can still do it, but it's mostly a mind game.

In fact most people don't realize just how much of a mind game Telekinesis really is. It is very much facing yourself, and opening your mind up to newer, and different ideas that you aren't already used to. It's kind of like camping now that i think about it. Do you remember the first time you when camping, or (If you haven't went camping) staying at your friends house for the first time. All a sudden, you can hear noises, and movements abroad that seem to put you in a more, tense state. It's sort of the same effect.

Anyways, back to skepticism. Once you managed to achieve results, and you are 100%, or close to 100% sure you have done Telekinesis. You now must face external skeptics. You'll probably run into them in some form on your journey from the very beginning though. Most of the time, when they speak out against Telekinesis, their rebuttal is often flat, lacking any scientific backing to their claim. Something like "Telekinesis just doesn't exist" or "If it did exist, how come science hasn't discovered it yet". Well, my first thought and suggestion to them is, just ignore them. Ignorance will remain blissful for them.

But, if you find yourself in a situation where you have to reply, which isn't likely, or just decide you want to retort, which is more likely, and i have been victim to as well. Say something like, "Science has discovered it. Ever heard of Quantum Physics? They have proven that the mind interacts with matter. A good example would be the Measurement Problem. Look it up". At this point, one of two things will happen depending on your skeptic. The debate will die after he/she says something like, "I will!" or they will ignore it and continue their mindless assault. Those are the worst. Your best bet would be to either ignore them, which i suggest, strongly. Or, kick their ass.

Telekinesis is a controversial subject unfortunately, and though it has been proven, and even science knows it exists, it hasn't reached mainstream society yet. So you must be patient. At the end of the day, the only skeptic you must truly defeat, is yourself. Don't let a skeptic drag you down. It is you who is truly interested in your own potential, you who is putting in the work to see for your self. Not letting someone else hand feed you information, and you take it without question. You, unlike them, will discover your true potential.

And if you really want a laugh over it. Go home that night, and move something with Telekinesis.

Till next time.

Telekinesis and The Ego

The Ego

The Ego is likely something that has been with you since you where born. Slowly it grew into something that now, ultimately dictates your life and how you live it. Overtime, it went from something small and minuscule, to something that governs you, without your knowledge. It hides in plain sight, and disguises itself within your own mind. Deceiving you in to believe it is you, and from there, it can control you, hidden, within the deepest recesses of your mind. In places, you will never dare to look.

In order to do Telekinesis, one must rid themselves of the Ego. As it is that voice in your head, questioning your capability to do Telekinesis. The Ego gives rise to many of your fears, and greatly hinders your success. Producing thoughts and emotions that contradict your objective. The Ego is one the hardest road blocks to remove, and it knows it. If you give in to these thoughts and feelings produced by the Ego, you give it more power. Through this power, it will govern you. Telling you how to think, and what you should fear, and how you should act.

But before you can defeat the Ego, you must first become aware of it, and how to look for the signs of it's presence...

The Ego - Part 1

The Ego - Part 2

The Ego - Part 3

The Ego is something you can overcome, and must be dealt with in order for you to be successful with Telekinesis. Or with anything for that matter.

As you probably have noticed. Most the lessons regarding Telekinesis here, can be adapted to things in your everyday life. Knowledge is Power, but only is you Use it.

I hope this was of some help.

Till next time...

Telekinesis Introduction

Introduction to Learn Telekinesis

If you’re interested in learning how to do Telekinesis, this is a great place to start. Telekinesis ( also known as Psychokinesis, or Mind over Matter ) is something I’ve been at for a while, and decided I would create a blog to share what I know about the subject. I’ve talked to many people over the years, and have acquired several key components to Telekinesis as well. It is more then just staring really hard at something, hoping for it to move. But if you are serious about learning Telekinesis, then I will do my best to provide the information you need in order to develop it.

You may find I talk about subjects that don’t seem related to Telekinesis, but I assure you, they are. Telekinesis is a very natural phenomena, that can be learned like any other skill. It’s not acquired through special means, or is something only gifted people have. It is accessible to anyone. Patience and Persistence are your greatest weapons in this journey of finding the hidden powers within you, use them well.

Some of the subjects that will be covered here:

The Power of the Subconscious Mind

Your Perception of the World

How Quantum Physics relates to Telekinesis

Meditation and how to access your Higher Potential

The basic Techniques involved and how to do them

Explaining how Telekinesis is a Lifestyle

[Note] Don't forget to use the Search-bar on the side to help you find something, or you can cruise through the archives just below the Search-bar.

Telekinesis isn’t something developed overnight, so please, while reading, remember that this will take time. It is a huge adjustment to your frame of thinking as well as how you perceive the world around you. For those who just want information, this is a great place, I’ll do my best to list everything that might interest you about Telekinesis. And for those who are interested in it’s practice, I’ll try to cover all the techniques and include as many tips as I can to make this journey for you as smooth as possible.

Also, for everyone interested in the subject, remember, I am only one source. You should accumulate as much information as possible from multiple different sources. Buy a few books, and visit different sites for more information. The more the better. I’ll list some of the places I have found to have useful information as well to make it easier. Also, remember to take everything you read with a grain of salt. It is just that persons opinion, and this does not exclude this Blog.

You should be trying to educate yourself. Don’t take anything anyone has to say too seriously, and don’t hold up what any one person has to say as if it where the ultimate truth. There is always more then one way to do something. Remember that at the end of the day, you get to choose what you believe in and why. You have the power, and no one can take it away from you. Remember that.

Also, a note about me. I’ll use examples to try and better convey what I mean, as well as try and throw in a few jokes from time to time to make things flow a little more easily. As reading pure information is sometimes boring, especially when it gets so technical.

So, with all that said, I guess it would be time to begin.

And I hope you enjoy the read…
