Tip for Telekinesis | 1

Follow your Heart

We’ve covered the basic stuff, like don’t give up, keep trying, believe in yourself, etc. But the longer I do this, the more it becomes apparent that there really is no technique. Ever watch a crime drama on TV? Ever hear them say things like, fingerprints are distinct between people. No two people have the same fingerprint? I’m sure you have, but, have you heard them say things like, no two toeprints are the same, or two earprints or lipprints, etc? Probably not as often, but you likely have heard it before. So, why would techniques be the same?

People have a greed to want more. So, let me ask you, do you think that there really is just one way? And if there is, do you honestly believe we would be able to fathom it? When it comes to Telekinesis, people assume they need to know the ins and outs of Telekinesis in order to perform it. Yet, most of us, if any of us can’t even explain how we manage to have a mere thought pass through our head, yet we still think. Most of us only have a vague idea on how our bodies are able to move, but couldn’t explain in complete detail how the entire process emerges. If I remember correctly, even scientists are unsure on how a thought can be transmuted to action through the body.

This is kind of why I suggested earlier to follow your heart. I honestly believe no technique is the “Right” one, or that anyone knows “Everything” about “Anything”. But, if you look at religion, you will notice most religions seem to preach the same things. To be kind, to love, to not kill, to respect etc, the list goes on. If you where to take each religion and break it down like that into basics, many would look identical. With this in mind, it would look like we are on the right track, but can’t fully grasp what’s beyond, or maybe within our very souls. We just sort of guess.

It’s sort of like, we are trying to take something massive and grand and compact it into an easy to carry belief or even rounded up truth to fit us, instead of us trying to expand to it. This would probably account for why there are such differences in beliefs. When we as people feel something out there beyond, or some higher truth within, but can’t explain it, we get a little greedy. We must have it, so we try and solve the riddle, but can’t, end up compacting it to fit our knowledge level, which causes problems, and in the process we apply our own spin to it, based on our culture. And since it is of mostly our creation, we must defend it, even if the supposed offender didn’t offend the core values in which the belief was founded…. Sorry got a little off track there.

So, we have multiple beliefs that share many of the same values, if not all of them, it’s just the details in-between that cause the problems. Now, picture if you will, this unreachable higher truth, or maybe something far beyond the word truth to something even more. We are all drawn to this in our own way. And now back to the fingerprints. In our own way. Each of us are distinctly different on the outside, we all have our own ways of going about things, but all of us are drawn to something more. Hence why I say follow your heart. For one person it may say this, for the next it may suggest that, but, it is your way. Your heart, or your soul, or even maybe your mind, is leading you closer to this higher truth, based purely on YOU. Your personality, what is best for you, based on you.

And now back around to techniques. A lot of people follow other peoples instructions on how to do this or that, and if your assembling a vacuum or swing set, it will probably work. Cause you’re working on fitting objects together, not yourself. But, if it’s something like Telekinesis, it probably wont. I’ve heard of very, very few success stories of others who followed directly in another’s footsteps. Telekinesis is very much discovering yourself through a bit of soul-searching.

Now, if you wondering, based off what I’ve said earlier about, if we could fathom it. Then, wouldn’t that suggest that no matter where my heart/soul/mind leads me, it wouldn’t be the truth? Well, have you ever noticed that it’s people who define things, not nature? It’s us who must have everything rounded up and set in stone, so it doesn’t change on us, so we can have a secure understanding of the world. We are the one’s who want to look at everything as if it where a strait line. But, for all we know, it could be the exact opposite. There could be multiple lines, or one really curvy one, or maybe there where no lines, just some dots, (“MORE DOTZ!”, it‘s a WoW Joke). In other words, what if the world, universe or what-have-you was not defined? But since we as a people like such definitions, that we are looking for one, when there isn’t any. But, then again they may be one. I can’t be sure.

Anyways, to sum it up. Following your heart, is just you paving the right road for you, don’t be afraid to take it. You don’t need to listen to someone else and assume since they got results with their method, you will with theirs too. Which reminds me of something I heard in a movie once (I think it was 2012), which was “Do you believe in something just because you heard it from someone”.

Skeptic of Telekinesis?

Do you believe in Telekinesis?

I was bored, so i decided to write this post real fast. When it comes to Telekinesis, i find that a lot of people are skeptical. Telekinesis isn't very widely accepted, and is still yet to be proven to most. I can assure you, Telekinesis does exist, even though, if you a skeptic, that might mean nothing to you. When you begin to practice Telekinesis, you are likely you own worst enemy. You probably set out to prove it exists, trying to defeat your skeptic within. It's a long a bumpy road, and you push against the odds, hoping the very next day, will end it all. That tomorrow, will bring forth the evidence you seek, and finally put that nagging voice in the back of head to rest, and maybe shock it with awe.

Unfortunately, it won't vanish in the night, with a single string of successive results. It often pops back up saying things like, it was air, or heat, or something to that effect. And i wont deny that sometimes, that might be the case, but not always.

If it starts moving and doesn't really stop, check for drafts. Place your hands next to it and see if you can feel any sensation of wind. Or, you could just cover it with a glass bowl if you like to prevent it. If you do prefer to keep it uncovered in the beginning, that's fine. I would actually suggest you don't to begin with anyways, as it has a tendency to play mind games with you. The glass feeling as if directly prevents any Telekinesis to get through. You can still do it, but it's mostly a mind game.

In fact most people don't realize just how much of a mind game Telekinesis really is. It is very much facing yourself, and opening your mind up to newer, and different ideas that you aren't already used to. It's kind of like camping now that i think about it. Do you remember the first time you when camping, or (If you haven't went camping) staying at your friends house for the first time. All a sudden, you can hear noises, and movements abroad that seem to put you in a more, tense state. It's sort of the same effect.

Anyways, back to skepticism. Once you managed to achieve results, and you are 100%, or close to 100% sure you have done Telekinesis. You now must face external skeptics. You'll probably run into them in some form on your journey from the very beginning though. Most of the time, when they speak out against Telekinesis, their rebuttal is often flat, lacking any scientific backing to their claim. Something like "Telekinesis just doesn't exist" or "If it did exist, how come science hasn't discovered it yet". Well, my first thought and suggestion to them is, just ignore them. Ignorance will remain blissful for them.

But, if you find yourself in a situation where you have to reply, which isn't likely, or just decide you want to retort, which is more likely, and i have been victim to as well. Say something like, "Science has discovered it. Ever heard of Quantum Physics? They have proven that the mind interacts with matter. A good example would be the Measurement Problem. Look it up". At this point, one of two things will happen depending on your skeptic. The debate will die after he/she says something like, "I will!" or they will ignore it and continue their mindless assault. Those are the worst. Your best bet would be to either ignore them, which i suggest, strongly. Or, kick their ass.

Telekinesis is a controversial subject unfortunately, and though it has been proven, and even science knows it exists, it hasn't reached mainstream society yet. So you must be patient. At the end of the day, the only skeptic you must truly defeat, is yourself. Don't let a skeptic drag you down. It is you who is truly interested in your own potential, you who is putting in the work to see for your self. Not letting someone else hand feed you information, and you take it without question. You, unlike them, will discover your true potential.

And if you really want a laugh over it. Go home that night, and move something with Telekinesis.

Telekinesis and The Ego

The Ego

The Ego is likely something that has been with you since you where born. Slowly it grew into something that now, ultimately dictates your life and how you live it. Overtime, it went from something small and minuscule, to something that governs you, without your knowledge. It hides in plain sight, and disguises itself within your own mind. Deceiving you in to believe it is you, and from there, it can control you, hidden, within the deepest recesses of your mind. In places, you will never dare to look.

In order to do Telekinesis, one must rid themselves of the Ego. As it is that voice in your head, questioning your capability to do Telekinesis. The Ego gives rise to many of your fears, and greatly hinders your success. Producing thoughts and emotions that contradict your objective. The Ego is one the hardest road blocks to remove, and it knows it. If you give in to these thoughts and feelings produced by the Ego, you give it more power. Through this power, it will govern you. Telling you how to think, and what you should fear, and how you should act.

But before you can defeat the Ego, you must first become aware of it, and how to look for the signs of it's presence...

The Ego is something you can overcome, and must be dealt with in order for you to be successful with Telekinesis. Or with anything for that matter.

Telekinesis Introduction

Introduction to Learn Telekinesis

If you’re interested in learning how to do Telekinesis, this is a great place to start. Telekinesis ( also known as Psychokinesis, or Mind over Matter ) is something I’ve been at for a while, and decided I would create a blog to share what I know about the subject. I’ve talked to many people over the years, and have acquired several key components to Telekinesis as well. It is more then just staring really hard at something, hoping for it to move. But if you are serious about learning Telekinesis, then I will do my best to provide the information you need in order to develop it.

You may find I talk about subjects that don’t seem related to Telekinesis, but I assure you, they are. Telekinesis is a very natural phenomena, that can be learned like any other skill. It’s not acquired through special means, or is something only gifted people have. It is accessible to anyone. Patience and Persistence are your greatest weapons in this journey of finding the hidden powers within you, use them well.

Telekinesis isn’t something developed overnight, so please, while reading, remember that this will take time. It is a huge adjustment to your frame of thinking as well as how you perceive the world around you. For those who just want information, this is a great place, I’ll do my best to list everything that might interest you about Telekinesis. And for those who are interested in it’s practice, I’ll try to cover all the techniques and include as many tips as I can to make this journey for you as smooth as possible.

Also, for everyone interested in the subject, remember, I am only one source. You should accumulate as much information as possible from multiple different sources. Buy a few books, and visit different sites for more information. The more the better. I’ll list some of the places I have found to have useful information as well to make it easier. Also, remember to take everything you read with a grain of salt. It is just that persons opinion, and this does not exclude this Blog.

You should be trying to educate yourself. Don’t take anything anyone has to say too seriously, and don’t hold up what any one person has to say as if it where the ultimate truth. There is always more then one way to do something. Remember that at the end of the day, you get to choose what you believe in and why. You have the power, and no one can take it away from you. Remember that.

Also, a note about me. I’ll use examples to try and better convey what I mean, as well as try and throw in a few jokes from time to time to make things flow a little more easily. As reading pure information is sometimes boring, especially when it gets so technical.

So, with all that said, I guess it would be time to begin.

Meditation and Telekinesis

Meditation

Undoubtedly, in your searches, or even in random conversation, you’ve heard about Meditation. The topic has caught some major interest over the years, and now the benefits of Meditation are coming to light. There are multiple benefits regarding Meditation, and it seems that, it alone is the stand alone key to most successful psychic practices. It allows you to actively expand your mind, and allows for deeper cognitive processes, as well if, properly practiced, can improve health, stamina, and even so far as cure some illnesses. There are obviously some major benefits to Meditation, and for good reason. It is one of the longest running practices to date.

Almost every culture, if not every culture has some variation of Meditation within their history. From Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism to even Christianity and New Age movements. For at least 5,000 years, meditation has survived as a primary practice for expanding the mind, body and soul. Even science has touched it, looking at how it effects us both mentally and physically.


What Science has Found

Meditation has been growing in popularity for several years now, and because of this growth, science felt the need to see if there where any actual benefits to Meditation, or if it was all just hype. What they found was, it wasn’t all hype. In short, the studies showed that meditation effects relaxation, causing you to reach more comfortable states of relaxation. Improved concentration, and focus, as well as a higher state of awareness. It also has noticeable effects on the body. Slowed heart rate, and breathing patterns. Blood pressure changes, as well as an assortment of chemistry changes.

With these attributes contributed by meditation, you can see why it has lasted so long. One of the most popular reasons for the practice of meditation is, to relieve stress, and it does work.

But, now that we have covered a little bit of it’s history, shall we jump into how its done?


Meditate


I should first note that meditation comes in many forms. It has many different practices to cover almost every aspect of life. I here will only cover the basics of it, and only what is generally used in the context of telekinesis.

The first step for any meditation should be to get comfortable. Comfort is very important here, it allows you to open up more, and feel less threatened. The safer the environment you can create for yourself, the better. It’s sort of a security thing.

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to sit on your knees or in Indian style as most would believe. You can sit, or lay down, or even stand if you like, there is no specific style of sitting or laying that you need to do in order to meditate. The point is to get comfortable, so long as you choose a position that feels comfortable to you, then you are doing it right.

Once you have chosen a position, just try and relax, open yourself up, and let go of any tension in your body. Or any stress in your mind. Just go with the flow.

Here you have a choice, you can choose between many different techniques, or even create your own if you have a good idea in mind. Most people when they get used to meditation enough, they will begin to add there own personal spin to it that suites them. But for now we will stick with two that I know.

Focus Meditation

Find something that is small, and that you can set up somewhere. It needs to be a lighter color then it’s surroundings. The white flame of a candle can suite this purpose nicely, but it doesn’t have to be a candle. Just so long as you can easily stare at it.  You can also do this with your eyes closed, and instead just imagine the flame of the candle to focus on.

Once you have chosen something, you want to relax, and stare at it. Focus all of your attention on it. Try to see it, and feel it, and even hear it and think about it. When you begin to focus on it, you will notice the absence of activity in your mind will trigger a series of rushing thoughts, trying to attract your attention. When this happens just try and allow these thoughts to pass. Acknowledge them, but let them pass in the next moment, and continue to try and focus on your target. Your vision may even blur to some extent, and that is fine. Just when you notice it, gently restore you vision and go about focusing. You only need to practice this for about 10 minutes each day to start, but you do want to eventually increase the time to at least 30 minutes a day.

Note. When doing this, don’t stress at all over your focus. Don’t forcibly focus, it will cause strain in your mind and eyes, which will lead to stress and frustration, which then defeats the purpose. The purpose being, you are training your focus. In the end, you will be able to put your focus on something and hold it without strain. You may even be able to hear and feel it with this training which is all the better. But I wouldn’t expect that you would get that far in the first few practice, nor would I suggest shooting for that. It should naturally come.


Energy Meditation


This has many, many different methods to do. Here, you can come up with you own technique fairly easily if you choose. You just taper you meditation according to your beliefs.

I generally sit in a comfortable position, and begin to let the tension and stress of the day melt away. I then focus on my body, and the energy it is made up of, and the energy around me and just let it settle for a moment. Then when I feel ready, I begin to focus on the energy in the air, and I take a deep breath in, envisioning within that breath, that I’m inhaling white vibrant, positive energy. I then circulate this energy throughout me, allowing it to reach and saturate every corner of me as if it where following my bloodstream. Pulling from my muscles, heart, chest or any place I feel uneasy, weak, injured or ill, that negative energy, where I then exhale it. I envision that exhale as sort of a grayish black smoke. I simply repeat this process until I feel as if I have reached comfort and peacefulness, and a little more energized. This meditation doesn’t really have a time limit. You can spend as much or as little time as you choose. You’re just shooting for a more energized and happier state of mind and body. If you reach that in a few minutes, then your good.

This technique is mostly used to relieve stress and help with energy flow. It can even help with visualization and focus, as you direct your attention to your breathing and what you want to come out of it.

Meditation is fairly simple, it really is just about letting go and relaxing. There are hundreds of techniques of meditation for hundred of different reasons though. If you do a little searching you can find others that help expand your awareness, help your perception, improve your focus, reprogram your mind, explore your inner-self, gather information, treating stress and fear issues and just about everything else.

They have found though, that the brain process and access information at a much higher rate as well as a higher quality of information while your mind and body is relaxed. Meditation goes hand in hand with the subconscious mind, as well as perception. Both can really benefit from meditation.

Telekinesis benefits from it greatly as well. They have found that in deeper states of meditation, there is a suspension of logical thinking. Which is important, as I have mentioned in my previous post The Subconscious Mind, about patterns and how those patterns create a belief. Where, this belief also acts as your logic. If this logic tells you, you can’t, then you tend to believe it, since it is your belief. But if it’s suspended, then maybe in that time you might be given the opportunity to prove it wrong. Though it would take repeated attempts to change your way of thinking since a pattern isn’t formed with just one thought and attempt.

The Subconscious Mind and Telekinesis

The Abysmal Depth of the Subconscious Mind

How deep does your mind go? And what powers does it hold hidden within its murky depths? I’m sure many people, including those who aren’t interested in Telekinesis, has wondering this same question. What is the mind, and why is it so mysterious. What makes something that’s small enough to hold in your hands (Not recommended) pull and retain information the way it does. No computer on earth can match the brain. This wrinkled lump of matter holds your entire life’s history, and every memory and experience within it. So, what exactly is the mind, and what secret potentials does it have that only few have uncovered.

Well, let’s find out.

The Mind and the Brain

The Mind has fascinated cultures for centuries upon centuries time. It still lays imbedded in our culture as we explore knew ways to explore the mind. And how we can use it for both entertainment value as well as more constructive means such as better health, and spiritual and mental evolution. But with all its potential, it still lies concealed in mystery. But before I try and explain how the mind works, lets first distinguish it.

The Brain is the lump of matter that sits in your skull, even right now. Its currently processing these very words, finding there meaning and allowing you to understand this sentence. In its most simplest reference, it is a computer, a biological computer. It basically is the command center of the body, constantly monitoring the body‘s condition and regulating automatic functions such as breathing, the beating of the heart, processing food, as well as everything else. It’s where you think, and store memory. It allows you to feel and experience. It allows you to interact with the world around you. But the brain doesn’t even end there, it’s also a gateway. A portal to new worlds, new experiences and most importantly, your limitless potential. This gateway, leads to your mind.

So what is the Mind? Where the Brain is Matter, the Mind itself is immaterial. It doesn’t exist in a physical fashion. The Brain is more or less a gateway for the mind, allowing your very soul to enter the picture. It gives rise to consciousness and self-awareness. The Brain is the physical bridge to the Spiritual Mind. It gives rise to the ‘I’. The Mind is the Counterpart to your Brain, the Identical Opposite. It is your Perception, your Will, your Reason, you Imagination, your Emotion. In many ways, it is your very Soul.

With this, you can see why the brain is built the way it is, and has the facilities and attributes the way it does. Your brain is more then just a computer. It, unlike a machine, has emotions, it can care for the person next to them, and determine right from wrong, as well as create whole new worlds and push forward with their dreams and recognize it all as their own. It is the mind, and it is infinite.

So, now on to the meat and potatoes of the subject…

How the Mind Works


The mind, is much like a child. Monkey see, Monkey do. The minds defines reality based on repetitive patterns. Which in turn shapes truth for you. I’ll give an example…

I often slam myself into the ground, drowning myself in low self-esteem, judging myself long before anyone else does. In a way, I try to do this as a preemptive strike before they do, assuming their opinion of me will be poor. Why? Well, the answer lies in my past.

Have you ever been bullied? I have. Back when I was in school, I was bullied quite often. Like most bullies, they will pick a target they can berate over and over again because they don’t fight back. Over the years I was bullied, something began to happen, something that was carried on passed my school years, and lived on into my adult life. What happened was, a thought was formed. This thought was conjured by the bully as he would tease or humiliate me.

Calling me worthless and trash of sorts (His dialogue was a little more graphic) it raised a thought in me that I was worthless. That thought was nurtured by the bully over years. Soon, I began to believe what he said, and I carried it on into my adult life.

So, what happened?

Though the above was condensed and a little simplified, it gives a perfect example that many can relate to. The bully would tell me I was worthless. When he did that it created a thought in me. Over years, he repeated that pattern enough to where that thought turned into a belief. Once that belief was founded, his work was done. He could leave, but the pattern, the belief was strong enough now, it would auto-repeat itself, in other words, it was self-sustaining.

Now think about that for a minute. How many things in your life has people repeated over and over to you, until you didn’t question it anymore? Until it became your belief.

When I think about it, I can’t help but wonder what patterns are in place that are influencing me negatively without me even being consciously aware.

How Your Mind Effects Reality

Here I would have gone into how your mind effects reality. But, I decided to hold it off for another post. I will go over how your mind effects the world around you in my next post. So stay tuned!

How to Change your Mind

This one has a simple formula, but the process is painfully hard to undertake. Though, some of you could take this and run with it for miles in a short time, a majority of us cannot simply change our minds on a whim.

As I’m sure you’ve guessed, you take the process above, and replace a negative pattern with a new, more beneficial pattern. How you would go about that is simple. When a negative thought enters your mind, you stop. Recognize that thought for what it is, then change that thought to something more positive. By doing this over and over you will replace that pattern eventually with a shiny new pattern that you created and implemented.

Now, the reason why I say this is painfully hard is probably obvious. Most of us have tried this method before I ever mentioned it here. The reason why it’s so hard, is because you have to look at how long that pattern your trying to replace has been there and in effect. The longer it’s been there, the harder it is to replace. And the more people don’t see fruit immediately, they often give up. In this world of instant gratification, we are becoming more comfortable with the idea of instant results, then time based results.

So, when time becomes ‘The’ issue, we give up and move on to the shiny new idea that says it can give it to you instantly. So you move on to that idea, only to find out it isn’t exactly as they promised, and you move on again. This keeps you in limbo, always shifting to the next idea, and you don’t really get anywhere. This is seriously the wrong approach, to most things in fact. How many things in your life, have you actually seen give you instant results or gratification? The answer is pretty much nothing. But it still is an idea we pursue. I understand though, it’s hard to pass up anything that says so confidently that it can give it to you faster or even instantly.

But, when you set out to change your mind, you need to take this approach in a casual manner. Don’t force it. If you use it to remove a phobia, understand that it will take awhile until you see results, and you will begin to see and feel that fear shrink. Instead of beating it out in the first try, just try and ease it a little each time it pops into your mind.

This needs to be explained a little just incase those who take my words a little to literally. When I say ease it a little each time it pops into your mind, what I mean is. Let’s say you have a fear of spider, and you see one, and a thought immediately pops into your mind about it. We’ll assume the first reaction is at 100% power. Your goal is to drop it by 10-20%. Then a few moments later it pops in again. Since if your afraid of spider and there’s one in your house, it doesn’t go away after one thought. This thought will return as 100% and not 90% or even 80% of it’s strength. When it does this, again try and ease it by 10-20%.

For a decent amount of time, it will feel like your efforts are in vain. Because there’s a spider in your house and your thoughts keep popping back up at 100% strength even after you eased the last one to let’s say 90%. This is very common, and you shouldn’t think that it isn’t working, because it is. Over time, you will notice that the eventually when a spider is in your house, the feeling you get wont be as strong as when you first started. In other words, after dropping it to 90% so many times, that 90% is your new 100% (If that makes sense) So then you drop it again, and continue. Eventually your fears will begin to fade drastically, and it will be noticeable.

So try not to get frustrated. In essence, you are fighting yourself, and it will feel frustrating.

Recently I used this technique on guns. My friend is a huge gun enthusiast, and he now takes me to a shooting range fairly often. When I first started shooting, I started to shake. I’m not sure if it was the kick of the gun that I wasn’t expecting or the loud bang in a enclosed space that would vibrate to my very core. Either way, I found myself in a position that was out of my comfort zone, and my body was reacting to it.

I began using this technique to help calm me down. It felt like a real fight. As soon as I began trying to ease the tension, it was like my mind and body threw it back in my face at 100% again. It felt futile. But alas, my efforts paid off. I really don’t have much of a problem going there and shooting anymore. Though I still would be afraid if someone pointed a gun at me, or if we all decided to go out drinking and half them have guns on their side…. I’m sorry, but drunk people plus guns, does not sound like a smart idea. That last part almost happened recently too.

I love how I just start rambling about past events and completely get away from the topic.

Anyways, moving on.


Why this is a good Idea

Telekinesis is difficult to get into even for those who believe it exists. Since that’s the reason I’m assuming you’re here, I’ll approach it that way.

When approaching Telekinesis for the first time, many questions begin racing through your mind. You might have started off believing it existed in this world, or even if you had the potential to do it, which you do. But, it becomes a lot different when you begin to put theory to practice. And your mind begins throwing up road block after road block. These hurdles are no different then the phobia of spiders, or the bullying I described above. They are repeated patterns that take root in your mind. When you begin to question your capabilities, you are only accessing a pattern put in place by everyone over your life that has said or even hinted that it doesn’t exist or only special people can do it.

Your first step should be to make sure, the very core of yourself believes without a doubt that “You” can do Telekinesis. Unfortunately, or beneficially, your choice I suppose, this can’t be done just by thinking about it over and over. Telekinesis is just a small piece of this huge puzzle. I have heard it described as a side-effect, which probably would describe it well. Though I think it’s a little more then a side effect. What they mean is, it’s through expanding your mind, and exploring your inner-self, and the power you gain in that process that allows for things like Telekinetic events to happen.

So before you can get that far, you need to reprogram your mind. This is done with practice and interacting with what your trying to accomplish. Essentially, you try to do Telekinesis and reprogram your mind while doing it. I know I’ve been repeating myself, but I’m just trying to cover all the bases if I can. Just remember when you begin to do Telekinesis, it will be like the spider. Thought’s will pour into your head, most likely they will fill your mind with doubt. This doubt is a pattern, and you must recognize that, and begin to change it. If it says “You can’t do it”, change it to “You can do it”. If it says “Maybe Telekinesis just isn’t for you”, say “No. If it wasn‘t for me, then why would I want to do it in the first place”, and so on.

The fact is, your mind will try and keep the pattern the same. Change is difficult for most things, and especially so for your mind. You will most likely go through this process. You just got to keep at it, never give up, and try not to get frustrated over it. Frustration comes about in Physical tension that stems from a Emotional reaction. It’s just your bodies way of trying to say it doesn’t want to change.

So with all that having been said. Never give up. Persistence and patience are your greatest weapons in life.

Lifestyle of Telekinesis

Lifestyle

I decided to add this post because I felt the subject was hardly ever touched. Throughout my posts, I often repeated myself, and that was usually because it had meaning. I sort of stressed as well, that this journey would change the way you view the world, and how you interact with it. But, no one seems to touch on that aspect, so I figured I would make sure you understood.

This isn’t something for the faint of heart. If you where looking for a technique to do it instantly, keep looking. If you came here for information, I hope you found what you where looking for, though I still suggest to everyone to not let your search end here. If you are actively searching, then you are actively expanding your mind.


Quick Recap

I went over here some of the Subconscious Mind, and it’s power, as well as some of how it works and operates. I went over Quantum Physics some, and tried to show you how the world works in conjunction with your mind. In Meditation, I went over a little on how you can help reprogram your mind, as well as delve into your inner-self. In Perception, I tried to convey the importance of how one perceives the world around them, and how this is important to know. In Tools, Tips & Techniques, I tried to explain some ways to help you on your way.

A lot of these things blend together. As I’m sure you noticed, in many posts, some of what I was talking about seemed very similar to another post. It’s because these things work together.

Anyways, on to how your life might change.


Changes

Changes vary from person to person, but I’ll go over some changes that might happen with you.

Mental


Many notice as they get further along in it, that their mental capacities seem to heighten. They are able to think more clearly and efficiently. As well as a more fluent understanding of what’s going on around them. Able to process information faster, and work problems more easily. Their focus is often sharper as well, and they aren’t as easily distracted.

Emotional

Many experience emotional stability, where they feel more emotionally comfortable and at peace. They find that they have more control over which emotions they feel and can pick and choose which emotions to experience at any given time. They find themselves less likely to react emotionally when someone tries to provoke a reaction from them as well. They’re able to maintain a calm disposition.

Physical

Many physical changes seems to bring about after one becomes more in tune with one’s self. Many feel physically stronger, and can endure more through stamina. They also feel more healthy. Many even state that healing faster is often common. They seem more impervious to illnesses, or even able to reduce the duration of an illness in half, if caught at all.

Energy


An obvious trait would be feeling more energized. Many acknowledge that their bodies are storing more energy, and they have more energy readily available for them. As well as being able to tap into the energy around them and pulling it in. As well as being more sensitive to the movements of energy around them, as like in people, and the environment.


So those are some of the changes you can expect. People are inherently different, so some of the changes you may experience may not line up with what I’ve listed above. You may have your own experiences, in your own time.

It’s very much a lifestyle you take on, and it ends up intergrading into your life and changing how you view things, how you interact, and even how you act and think. But, it’s not like your life will do a 180. Many things will likely stay the same. Such as many of the same shows and movies you like to watch. Much of the same music. Many of the same games. Many of the same people. You’ll still think about bills, and go to work, you will still have your daily life. It’s just you will view and interact with it differently, maybe, with more control.

The destination is well worth the road traveled. If you stick to it, you will notice just how strong you are, and how much control and power over your own life, as well as others, that you have. The path will not be easy, but if you try to enjoy the journey itself, you may find the road that much more smooth.

Telekinesis and Perception

Your Awareness of Perception

Note: [This is an old post I decided not to rewrite when I began to rewrite this blog. It has similarities to my previous post. But does retain enough of a message I figured I could leave most of it alone.
So, on with the show.]

Lets talk for a moment about perception and awareness. What are you aware of? Most of all? Something often used in this field paranormal studies, or metaphysical research, or what ever you want to call it. Psionics. You'll quickly find that your perception is key to everything you do. So, how do you look at the world?

Awareness

Awareness accounts for at least one-third of your total result when it comes to Telekinesis. In other words what you see, and how you see it/experience it make up the building blocks of your life. You ever hear "People are products of their pasts"? If you haven't, then you have now. It literally means the way you where raised, shapes the way you think and behave today. In fact, this can go so deep that if you look really closely at what you think about, what ideas you come up with, and how you structure them. Then look at the roots on where each of these pieces came from, you could then see most of your ideas, the pictures in your mind, where all scripted long ago, likely based off your parents.

Think about it this way. Take authors, just about every story type out there has been done before. Why? Because we build off each other. Have you ever read something, which sparked an idea? Almost an epiphany? For me it happens all the time, but, one day an epiphany hit me which is the subject of this article. My thought or idea, was stimulated by someone else's idea. When I begin to trace my ideas back, I began to notice, one way or another, they all where linked to something else.

Awareness and perception run along the same vein, but I wont say there the same thing. Why I bring up awareness is, it is important to be aware of what you can do. An often used term in Psionics is programming. And it works for Psi-balls, to tell them what to do, and it also refers to people's minds. The subconscious mind, will absorb small amounts of information usually over looked by the conscious mind. Much like taking in a subliminal message. Yet our minds are bombarded with these subliminal messages day in and day out, for years and years. You can see how it can add up.

A good quick example would be taking two words and comparing them. Let's use Fear as one, and Love as the other. In the news, emails, on the street, at work, everywhere for that matter. How often do you run into the word Fear, or words like it in your average day? I can't answer that for you, but I can guess, a lot. Even if you aren't aware of it, they're there. Also, it may not be words, but expressions, or signs, or feelings. Your mind picks up on them all. Now, how about Love? Not to worry, 'Love' and words related are there too. But, if you take a good look, there are much fewer expressions and words out there that express Love, or peace, or joy.

These things shape your awareness, and often, the more negativity you absorb subconsciously, the more your mind tries to shut them out, as it instinctively knows that, the negative will do you no good, and your awareness begins to close some walls to protect you. Your mind, or higher-self as some call it, only have your best interests at heart, and will do what it can to protect you.

Perception

These things also shape your perception, and how you view the world. Eventually, being bombarded with such negativity begins to impact your outlook, and soon you yourself begin to view the world in the same grayish light that your awareness began to pick up on, probably since your birth. You perception of the world shapes it around you. Good example would be, your work, or your job. People raised by hard working parents often end up working hard themselves. You're parents might have said hard work is the only honest work, or is the only right work, or something to that effect. Yet every now and then, depending on the parent. You will then hear them complain about work. How it's tough, or they hate their boss. These are all cues you pick up on. And eventually you follow in the same steps. Working hard for someone else. Then hating your job or boss, and not changing jobs. Do you see where the product of your past comes in here?

But it doesn’t end there.

In Telekinesis, in any kind of psychic work, you almost have to begin viewing the world in a different light. For instance, in my last few posts, I talked about the world as you see it as energy, and consciousness. Well, that’s pretty much how you would change your perspective on the world.

It’s a fairly simple concept really, though difficult to implement. Where everything is made up of energy and consciousness, brought to a perfect, distinct hum through vibrations and packed with information, it gives you the ability to understand better what you are working with, and therefore change it through the use of knowledge, energy and consciousness. It’s the simple act of looking out into the world and seeing it for what it really is. And don’t mean it will change to something like the Matrix, where everything becomes 1’s and 0’s. You will still see the world in the colors and hues and shapes and sizes as before, but you will also notice that you understand what’s taking place under the surface.

It comes down to a matter of realizing it, and implementing what you know into your daily life. Everyone learns, no one ever stops learning. It’s those who take what they learn and make the most use of it that you see go far.

I know I’ve gained a lot of facts about life over the years, and often shelve them away and never make use of them. Only to stumble upon a problem where if I had used that fact and took it more seriously, I could have avoided. Most information is passed down, and it’s passed down for good reason. It’s important to know, to help those to come, not make the same mistakes. Though, most information is slightly tainted, with insinuation, or even a grudge, such as the analogy above about work. Hard work is good, it often pays off. There would be the information passed down. But it often is followed by what you see or hear later in regards to that hard work, where it’s frustrating or your boss pisses you off. Then that information becomes tainted.

The Pattern forms that Hard work is good, but it goes hand in hand with frustration, anger, or even injury. Which isn’t entirely true. The world is what you make of it, it’s how you perceive it to be. Just make sure you take the information that would be beneficial to you, and weed out the subtle influences that might stain that piece of information so the two don’t run together.

Become aware of what’s going on around you, and be aware of influences that might infect you. If you do, and take action, it will shape your perception to be a brighter one. Which in turn can then bring the law of attraction into play. And if you’re ever confused, follow your heart. It sounds cheesy, but it will likely know what to do by instinct.

Telekinesis and the relation to Quantum Physics

Quantum Physics - The Unified Field of Attraction

So, what is Quantum Physics, and how does it pertain to the Subconscious Mind, as well as its relationship with Telekinesis.

Most of us have heard about Quantum Physics at some point in our lives. It has breached many of the boundaries that science previously had set up and now, a new bread of science, almost fringe in nature, has begun to tear down these walls, one by one. It takes an old view of physics and slaps a spin to it, that now shakes the very foundations in which we believed the world to be. It looks deeply into matter, at the atomic level, the structure of how matter its held together and what the basic element of this world, the founding cornerstone of reality is.

Quantum Physics has spread throughout many of our theories and laws that we previously believed to be static and changed how we think about it. But, what is it they actually uncovered?

Energy and Consciousness


Quantum Physics has delved into matter, and reached a new level of understanding of how matter works. In an Atom, the stuff that makes up all Matter, Consisting of Protons and Neutrons, and surrounded by Electrons, you'll notices this massive space. A number unfathomable of these Atoms pretty much makes up everything you see and touch.

Yet, an Atom, that is so small and made up of mostly space, can hold together in relationships with other Atoms so tightly, that you end up creating something so solid. At the very base of this Atom, in Quantum Physics, it is suggested that the force that holds this Atom together is consciousness.

And here’s why

It is suggested, that the act of measuring, or even observing can change what you view under the microscope. They have discovered that a particle, has a dual component, known as a wave. This wave acts just like what I'm sure your thinking. Light waves, radio waves, it has curves going up and down (to put it bluntly). This is called the Particle-Wave duality. It suggests, depending on the observer or circumstances, that a particle, or wave will change to the other. Such as, at rest and under a microscope, it could be a particle, but while it's not, it might take the form of a wave. Because of this, they believe that the conscious of the observer impacts the outcome of the observed. This means that if this theory is correct, then consciousness is directly tied to the base element making up matter as we know it. And is proposed that the base element of matter, is consciousness itself!

But, do you remember when I said waves in relation to particles. Well, Waves are a form of frequency. This frequency vibrates, at a curtain rhythm that creates an effect. In relation to Quantum Physics, these frequencies, make up what we See, Feel, Hear, Smell and Taste. The brain interprets all these frequencies as signals, and turns them into Sight, Touch, Sound, Smell and Taste. So, everything we perceive is nothing more then interpreted frequencies of the brain. Imagine what the world would look like, if our minds weren't interpreting what it 'thinks' everything is.

Consciousness impacting the observed, and the particle-wave duality, along with frequencies interpreted by the brain, this all suggests that there is a relationship between the observer and the observed.

Consciousness in itself is a form of energy, hence why the observer can impact the outcome of the observed. Energy reacts to energy. Consciousness gives rise to the “I” and with it, this energy accumulated into particles and frequencies becomes, Self-Aware. Think about that for a moment.

The Unified Field

Now that we know a little bit about Quantum Physics, lets take a quick look at the make-up of the world. If everything you see, taste, touch, smell and hear is apart of your consciousness, and consciousness is a form of energy, then what is the world we see?

It’s called the Unified Field, which suggests everything is energy and therefore everything is connected. It is influenced by something called the Global Consciousness. The Global Consciousness is in simplest terms, a collective consciousness. The collective energy of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, experiences, etc. Each of us contributes to it. It acts mostly as a governing force to the world and how the world operates according to how we think and believe. For instance, how many people believe fire is hot? It’s a crude example, but it will do. Well, most everyone right? How about if you walk off a cliff, do you believe you will fall? The answer is probably yes.

Well, in conjunction with the Global Consciousness, it tells us that since just about everyone in this world, knows fire is hot, and gravity plus cliff doesn’t equal happiness, so it becomes true. We believe these things to be static and therefore, it is collected and it becomes true. This means that consciousness greatly impacts the world around you. Based on what you believe, how you perceive, and how you interact with the world, and in turn, how the world interacts with you.

To at least try to better convey what I mean, let’s look at hypnotist. A good hypnotist can make you think, feel or see anything he wishes you to see. I remember seeing a hypnotist demonstrate this on the street. He made a few people in New York believe they where climbing in the Himalayan Mountains. I was utterly amazed. When he snapped them out of it, they said they could feel the cold, hear the wind and see the mountains. They honestly believed they where there. So, if he could make them believe they where in a place they had never been before, feeling the cold and seeing mountains. Can we truly be sure that what we perceive the world to be is exactly as we originally thought it to be?

If you work the problem backwards, it might make a little more sense. If Consciousness is Energy, and Energy is Matter, and Matter is what we interact with, it becomes a little more easy to grasp.

Anyways, now that you know a little bit about the Unified Field, the existence of Consciousness in our everyday life, lets have brief look at how the world sings.

Vibrating Information


The world as we know it is Energy, and whether you choose to know it as Energy or Consciousness, to many, it’s the same thing. But, remember, all that energy holds its own signature, through vibrations. These Vibrations create a frequency which tell our brains what it feels like, or looks like, or smells like, tastes like or sounds like. It gives everything in this universe a distinct signature which separates it from other things like it. When you add all this things together, you get information! Every time you move, your brain sends a signal, or a frequency that travels to your muscles and causes an effect. This frequency is so packed with information that not only does it tell your muscles how to move, but it also tells you what you experience.

This information travels deep into everything we interact with. Within the energy itself, the consciousness if you will, gives rise to this information and this goes so far as to determine its shape and texture, etc through vibrations. But it doesn’t quite end there. Even your emotions give off vibrations. You as a whole, vibrate. Your vibration changes depending on your mood. The higher the vibration, generally the better the mood.

Though your emotions probably have the greatest impact on your vibratory state, your thoughts also have an impact on your vibration. Everything you think, you send out a vibration with that thought. Do you remember what I said in the previous post about the Subconscious Mind, you repeat a thought enough, it becomes a pattern. Well this pattern will change your emotional vibration, putting you into a more suited mood of your choosing.

This is great news, because now we’re getting to the good stuff.

So, you use thoughts to influence your emotional state to help get you more involved, and then use that to better achieve your desired outcome.

Now, finally we come to the Law of Attraction

Worlds Attract


So, let’s review what we have went over real fast. All consciousness is energy, all energy vibrates information, this combination helps shape the world around us in the Unified Field. So, how does the Law of Attraction come into play? Well, the Law states that things that are alike, attract. Which means, two things that are similar, will naturally be attracted to each other. So, how does one use this Law to their advantage? Well, here is where it all comes together.

Using your own thought as the means to beginning this process. You begin to center your mind on the objective at hand. These Thoughts Vibrate, changing your own vibrations and influencing your emotional status. This Vibration is sent out from you and enters the Unified Field. There it will find vibrations that are alike with the one you sent out, and return them to you.

So, let’s use this in a example, just to be safe. Lets say, you really want a pair of bunny slippers. How would you use what you’ve learned here to get those bunny slippers. First you center your mind on “Having” the bunny slippers, because if you concentrate on “Wanting” those bunny slipper, the Universe will only return a state of wanting. So you picture and think about “Having” those slippers. When done right, and if you truly want it, you probably will begin to feel emotional about it, which in turn will make you focus on that thought even more, since you really want them, and the idea of “Having” them makes you happy.

You end up sending out a vibration into the Universe, this universe takes this vibration and matches it, kind of like magnets, your vibration attracts another and you pull closer your perfectly fluffy, lovely, comfortable bunny slippers. Since I doubt the bunny slippers will appear out of thin air. Chances are they will manifest in a different way. Chances are, a likely way would be you stumble upon them at a store, or your friend had a pair that they don’t need anymore, and they give them to you. Or maybe some other way. This, in essence is also the fundamentals of Magic(k).

So there you have it. Consciousness is Energy, Vibration is Energy and Matter is Energy, all in different forms. Knowing this information is crucial to Telekinesis and its practices. Study this, and let it become apart of you. Once you understand this information as truth, you find the door to a world of higher possibilities opens up for you.

Telekinesis Tools, Tips & Techniques

Tools, Tips & Techniques

Now that we’ve gone through some of the information needed in order for you to do Telekinesis, it’s time for us to get into how it’s done. It should be understood before you begin, that everyone is different in their journey of Telekinesis. Each person takes his or her own steps in their own manner. This is your journey, and you should treat it as such.

It won’t happen in a day, or maybe even in a few weeks. It’s something you must make apart of you in its own time. It is also something you should add your own touch to. The tips and techniques I provide here should be adapted to the person using them, to his or her own personality. You don’t have to follow them to the letter and probably shouldn’t. Add your own spin to it if you like. Get creative, think outside the box. It will help in the long run.

So, let’s begin.

Tips

1.) If you ever find yourself stuck, and not sure what to do… Follow your Heart. It might sound cheesy to some of you, but you might be surprised at how much your body and mind knows, that your head just can’t get. Your body and mind react to everything you do. So, if you keep having trouble with something, and your Heart keeps hinting you to go in one direction. Try it. Even if it may seem odd or outlandish at the time. Above all, Follow your Heart. Chances are your heart led you to Telekinesis in the first place.

2.) If you find yourself Frustrated, which will likely happen. Stop and take a breather, or even call it for the day and just pick up tomorrow. Your mood can greatly impact your results. If you feel any kind of negativity passing through you, just stop, gather yourself, try and change your mood and frame of thinking back to something more positive, then try again. If you find that no matter what you do, your frustration wont leave you, just call it quits for that day. You can always pick it back up again tomorrow, and you might be in a better mood then.

3.) When practicing, try to shoot from anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour a day. You can continue past if you feel up to it, but you don’t need to. At anytime that you feel a headache coming on, stop for that day. It means you are stressing your mind to much, for something it isn’t used to yet. If your schedule is busy, you can meld it into your day, a few minutes at a time throughout the day. I recommend doing both though if you can help it.

4.) Don’t give up. Any technique that you decide to try, whether it be something your heart recommended or some technique you picked up from someone else, try it for several days. Give it a good thorough try before you decide it’s not right for you. Eventually you will find something that works for you.

5.) Lastly, sort of a continuation of number 4, Don’t give up. Telekinesis can take a long time to get down. It’s very much a game of hit and miss. You will probably try many different tactics in your time, trying to find what’s right for you. There are a lot of different ways to do it. Each person has there own method, most often it’s something they discovered themselves. Those who can do it, went through all the same mess you will in the beginning as well. You will never achieve it if you give up. Time and perseverance are your greatest weapons. Be Patient and have strength in yourself to carry on. It’s very important.


Tools

There are many different tools commonly used in Telekinesis to get the ball rolling. You can easily get creative if you want. But the main principles are Light, and Low Friction. The lighter and lower the friction, the easier it is to move it. Again, a reminder is, just because it’s light and low friction doesn’t mean it will be easy. You are trying to get your mind to do something it hasn’t tried before and therefore it isn’t used to. So be patient as you try to awaken that part of you.

Psi-Wheel

The Psi-Wheel is quite possibly the most common tool for Telekinesis. All you need in a small, square piece of paper, a pin, and a stand in which you can stick the pin through, to hold it straight upright. Take the piece of paper, and fold it diagonally, from corner to corner. Do it again with the other corners, you should have the creases shaped like an [X], from corner to corner. Next, flip it over, and fold it across from side to side, only once each side. It should look like [+]. Then flip it back over and balance it on the pin evenly. It should be able to spin if you tap it. And there you have a Psi-wheel.

Pendulum

A pendulum is very different from a psi-wheel. As it is just a weighted object that is hung from a thread. But, you want to get something that’s still fairly light. Something that is heavy enough to way down the thread, but nothing too heavy. Then you either tie the thread to something stationary, where it can hang and not be bothered, or create a stand if you like, which can be made from a box, or anything you might find lying around that can hold it up with some room to spare. If you decide to tie it in a stationary area, make sure it’s in a position that you can work with it comfortably, and wont be bothered by traffic in your room or else where.

Psi-Ball

If the psi-wheel is the most popular, then the psi-ball comes in at a close second. Most who play around with Telekinesis, will at least give the psi-ball a try, and often stick with it when they get better at it. Since out of all the tools, the psi-ball not only a great one, but it’s the only tool that you will continue to use throughout your days. Also, it is the most versatile. It, when you get good at it, can be adjusted to do just about anything.

The Psi-Ball is more of an exorcise, but still should be noted. You can do this anywhere at anytime, but for the sake of the example, I will describe it in a casual fashion.

You sit comfortably in your room, and begin to meditate on the energy flowing through you. When you feel ready and can feel the energy in you, you place your hands in front of your chest, much like you where holding a small ball. Then focus your energy up, into your shoulders, then into your arms, and down into your hands, and slowly into the space between your hands. While it’s there, you visualize it taking the shape of a ball. Try and feel it melding into a round sphere. As you practice, you can learn to change it’s shape, or texture, or size. It’s very versatile.

A Psi-Ball is something called a construct. A construct is energy programmed to do something specific. In this case you programmed the energy to take the shape of a ball. Your visualizations and intentions are programming the energy, it’s pretty simple on paper.

The Psi-Ball exorcise helps your visualizations, your interaction with energy, focusing your intentions and directing your energy as well as programming it. You can see why so many like the psi-ball. When you get better, you can make it do a lot of different stuff besides just taking the shape of a ball. You should research Constructs, it will give you a better idea of how versatile they really are. I suggest psipog, they have a lot of good stuff.


Techniques


Ah, so we’ve finally made it to techniques. Although I’m sure many of you where waiting for this, or some of you might have even skipped ahead to here, alas, I don’t know “The most awesome technique to rule them all” or any one hit wonders, where you learn it and can do it. Because of that, and also as I’ve mentioned above, that there are many ways to do it, I will give you a few techniques I’ve heard and tried to get you started. In the end though, I suggest you just take the basics of what’s mentioned here and adapt them to your own style, and what feels right to you. Make sure to make them your own.

Connect and Tell - Color Coding

As I’ve discussed previously, everything has it’s own signature. It’s a Vibratory fingerprint. I doubt I can describe perfectly how one would connect to your target object. But I do know some things that have helped.

I ran across a method a while back that actually helped me some in the beginning. He told me to Color Code it. Visualize both, (In this case, let’s assume the Psi-Wheel) you and the wheel the same color, and through this color, you are connected. It just makes the process a little more easy in some cases.

Effectively, you are trying to see that object as apart of you. When you move, it moves with you, when you breath, you breath for it too. Really try and see it as apart of you. Like it’s an actual limb. Try and flex it and see it flex like a muscle, feel it flex, if you can. Acknowledge it as apart of you.

Once you feel as if you have a real connection with it, try and move it as you would any other limb.

Puppet

The name might sound strange, but it was simple to sort of convey the meaning of this Technique. If you can, try and visualize and feel strings of energy attached to the Psi-wheel and it‘s energy, and then gently pull on them in any given direction. Effectively try and puppet the psi-wheel around.

Push/Pull


Push in Pull is the basics of telekinesis. Most people picture it as a force that they learn to push out or pull in. There not far off. There are a number of ways, but I would suggest connecting to the target first. Once connected, where it feels distinctly apart of you. (you’ll know when it happens) you merely visualize a force that pushes from your hand onto the psi-wheel. Much like how a magnet can repel another magnet. Try to feel this occurring. If you want to pull it, do the same thing, but try to feel a sensation of pulling.

Activating Potential


Again Connect with the object, and try and feel it. Understand as it rests upon the pin, it has potential to move in any direction. It is made of energy, so therefore it’s full of energy, right? Well, concentrate on it, and try to focus your intention on activating it’s potential energy, and turning it into kinetic energy, then making that kinetic energy turn or move a curtain way.


Those are some tips and tricks you can do.

First a few things before I end this post.

1.) In each of the described techniques above, don’t forget to remember that everything is energy, and so are you.

2.) Don’t forget to add your intention. You intend to push or pull, or cause a reaction. So don’t forget, but don’t force your intention. It’s more like just understand what you are doing, and why, in a subtle way.

3.) Some extra tips are, try some remote viewing. Extend your mind into another room, and see how much you can see. It has nothing to do with Telekinesis, but it does help your mind get used to these kinds of things. Also, try sensitivity training. When you meditate, just try and sense/feel the energy around you. In the floor, in the walls, in the air. It helps you a lot. Also, try to branch out into other things as well. Like Astral projection, Telepathy, Precognition or other forms of kinesis. It will help broaden your mind.

4.) I’m sure your wondering why I left the techniques so scarce with little detail. It’s quite simple. I’m a firm believer in two sayings “The Devil’s in the Details” and “Keep It Simple, Stupid”. Which means, the more someone gets caught up in the details, the more they hang themselves with it. Why do you think there has been success in telekinesis when two or more people can do the same thing and use different techniques? Cause it’s “Not” in the details. The Techniques are just tools to help you along. It’s like a wand for a Witch, Mage or Wizard. The wand itself has no power, it is merely a tool to help focus. Which leads us to saying number 2.

Keep it Simple, Stupid. If you get to hung up on how it’s done, or doing it right, you will lose face, and find yourself lost. It’s not all that complicated, it’s just everyone thinks it is because it takes so long, and sometimes you go a long time without any result. Which leads them to think, they are doing it wrong, which there not, most likely anyways. You just need to practice, and invest yourself in what you are doing. Don’t just think half-heartedly that you want it to move. You got to shoot for the experience itself. Love what your doing it for which ever reason you chose to try.
